Had some work that needed to be done that my dealer couldn’t fix and they recommended Rich’s. Not only did they have me in and out in about half a day, the cost was very reasonable, lower than what was originally estimated actually. Definitely recommend.

I wasn't a customer at Richs' Auto Care. I was picking up a vehicle at the Glass Pro next door - the vehicle had a flat tire (It had a nail in It) and there wasn't anyone left at Glass Pro to help me figure out what to do - The guys at Rich's Auto Care took the time out of their work day to stop what they were doing and repaired the tire! The definitely saved me ! And to top It off they didn't charge me! Amazing hospitality and so kind! Thank you again for helping me and not letting me get stranded!

I was recommended by another shop to come here but I had less than a good experience. Went in for a transmission cooler line leak, alignment, and a differential fluid drain and fill. Got a call that my truck was "done". When I get there they said they "couldn't find the leak" and also "we couldn't align your vehicle because your brakes are the wrong size".... What?? Does that effect my camber, caster or the tow? Then I asked about the diff fluid and I get "we would have to order the fluid (even though I bought the fluid and had it on the front seat for them and mentioned it when I dropped it off). Went to another shop and they fixed the leak right away, aligned it and filled my diff in less than 2 hours. When I asked the other shop about the problems Rich's had, they told me they probably just didnt want to work on it.

Thought my muffler fell off but only a piece of it did. They welded the piece back on. Also checked a tire for a leak, rotated my tires and changed my oil for $140. I thought they were friendly, very honest and helpful. Wish their parking lot was bigger.

I've been going to Rich's auto since I got my first car. My sister too. They are really honest, up front, and down to earth. And since I live about 5 minutes away, Rich always offers to have someone give me a ride home. The prices are very fair, and much cheaper than one of the franchise places. I once left Midas with a problem (got even worse after they looked at it and I said I wanted a second opinion), and took it right down to Rich who fixed it at a fraction of the price. They stick to their time lines and price ranges, and ALWAYS confirm the price with me beforehand. I'll be going to this shop for a long time. I only wish they had more space inside for when it is busy (usually on Fridays).

This place is awesome, got me in within the same day because I had a minor oil leak. Turns out the last place I went to didn’t tighten the oil plug all the way after changing my oil, and Rick said “no charge” after fixing it and inspecting my car. This shop has earned my repeat business in the future.

Great value, and extremely respectable service. I have had my car worked on here multiple times and I will continue going back. Having trust in the people that work on your car can be difficult but Rich's Auto Care has gone above and beyond my expectations for fair service. Well, Sept 13. 4:45pm. Stopped by rich Auto concerning a vehicle. Entered establishment and two guys conversating. (Medicare and Medicaid). Didn't want to interrupt but I had questions about vehicle at repair shop. No acknowledgment, no I'll be with you in a moment just kept conversating, Medicare Medicaid, guess she makes too much money to get it... I wonder being a tall dark skin handsome guy have anything to do with being ignored there 🤔

Best service they are reliable and get things done and does not take 3 days to do it! Have been a customer for about 2 years and have gone for all kinds of things rotors cleaned my battery because it had corrosion on it water pump and other things, and have found the mechanic that works for for and is So affordable

Gave them a phone call to try and get a quote for muffler repair. First time the guy hung up on me and the second time someone answered unprofessionally like “HELLO???” Asked for a quote and they rudely declined because “I won’t give you a quote because I don’t know what’s wrong with your car” I knew exactly what I needed and had all my info ready. Service might be good but I didn’t get that far due to awful customer service.

Disappointed, I told them I had several new parts but asked them to check for anything wrong before the alignment. They said they'd align it, but when I drove it, the car pulled to the right and was still out of alignment. So I called, and they said it was because the car had been altered with. They told me to bring it back, and when I did, they said the tie rod were bad and needed fixing. I asked why they hadn't checked it before the alignment. I went to another auto body shop, and they told me that vehicles can't be aligned if that tie rod isn't fixed! Don't waste your time; they're arrogant people, and they said they wouldn't give me a refund. I don't recommend them.
