Horrible service they “fixed” my car and it left out being worst they were never negligent and nonchalant about the whole situation I would never bring my car back here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else horrible experience 0/10 don’t recommend

The off 76th and Hampton, EXCELLENT, FAST AND FRIENDLY and CLEAN!!!!! I went in loud and in 15 minutes I was leaving very quiet!!!!! The mechanic did not even want to take a tip!!!! Great place to go for Muffler service.

Terrible shop lack of communication leave cars open to the rain empty promises on vehicles. Owner is completely incompetent and lack accountability if you truly care about car do not take it here. Only reason I’ve visited was I won a free exhaust in raffle and even in that it has cost me with no exhaust to even speak of truly a horrible experience can never trust any mechanics these days. Do it yourself

DO NOT come here as they don’t care about your car and it will be left out open while it rains, no one cares for anything, mechanics just chatting with front desk and very unprofessional business go somewhere else and do it right if you care about your car :)

Definitely go somewhere else. Schedule an appointment for 10am, they said they had to reschedule due to only having 1 mechanic working on cars. When I walk in, the mechanic is standing there just chatting it up with the receptionist. So busy right, smh ...nope, I'll go somewhere else thank you. Bye

I brought my Lexus here when the air suspension failed. Velocity Auto Repair fixed the issue with the air ride when nobody else would touch it or even knew how to fix it. The Manager Jonah and his assistant Diana were very professional by communicating with me through out the whole process. The mechanics were also very nice. I highly suggest Velocity Auto Repair if you need repairs or maintenance to your vehicle.

They charged me $800 for trash welds like this but they have on display the perfect welds, that they never do. And when I told them who did my welds they just laughed in my face.
