Jef is excellent! The blower for heat and AC suddenly stopped working on my car and he was able to replace it for me. I just bought a 2015 Volkswagen CC that I knew would need some work. “Brake Wear” on dash intermittently and “BRAKE” on dash all the time. Brought it here to get the brakes looked at. He inspected the pads, drove it around the block, etc. Comes back and tells me the pads have 75% left and there aren’t any brake line leaks he can see. Probably a faulty sensor. (And I’m not fancy enough to replace the faulty sensor.) Dude was honest and could’ve just as easily taken me for new brakes and rotors. I’ll be back again for sure.

I wish I would have went to Jef sooner! He did brakes for my Toyota Matrix and did a really great explaining what I needed and why. He was very thorough and fair with pricing. One part I asked about he said I didn't need replaced and that it was perfectly safe/in working condition. It would have been an easy upsell for him, but he assured me it was not necessary. Got my car back in a day. Definitely will be going back and referring friends.

Let me start off by saying I hate leaving reviews, but this time I really felt that this business deserves a great review. I contacted SEVERAL auto shops to get a quote on replacing a water pump on my Toyota. I had one on hand so I figured it would help and be a bit cheaper. Every shop in the area stated that they will not touch my car if I already had the parts, or would charge me full price anyway. JEF Complete Auto repair, was able to give me a great quote and replace my front breaks and rotors for the same price every other shop waned for the water pump alone. not only that but every time he discovered something new on my car he called me back to look at it and explain the issue before moving forward, always offering me the option to fix it, leave it, or just stop the process if needed. He was VERY respectful and knowledgeable, and I will most definitely be bringing my car and my wife’s car back here in the future. JEF, I just want to say thank you for the great service!

A little late but will deserved. Brought my minivan with a broken E-break. Jeff worked on it for an hour and couldn't fix it, due to an issue out of his control. So he didn't charge me one cent. This is by far the most honest and genuine mechanic I've ever met. Awesome enough good me to leave my second good review with him, which is daring allot because I hate leaving reviews and when I do they're normally not great. Would 100% recommend him. Next time I go, I'll leave another review so you know how awesome his work is!

JEF Completes Auto Repair is where I go, when I myself can't fix a car problem. He is a tech magician. He knows what he is doing, and charges very reasonable prices. I went to get my O2 sensor replaced on a 1999 Honda at around 4pm. He not only fixed stripped out threads but stayed even after closing hours and got the job done. He is a determined mechanic.
