Great place. Would highly recommend. Worked with me to get my broken into car fixed and back in the road. They were outstanding working with me in an absolutely obnoxious situation where I had to work with them over the course of a week from out of state. I don't even live there and I'd recommend Mil-City for any car issues if you do live there.

They are scammers. Tried to charge me 750 to replace my control arm. The control arm is $100…where’s the other $650 coming from? They service and labor isn’t worth over $100. And when I left the shop from a diagnostics test they gave me a flat tire.

I recently took my vehicle to Mil-City Motors for an AC compressor replacement and recharge. They initially quoted me $500 for the entire job. However, after they began the work, I received a call from the owner stating that they had forgotten to include the actual AC compressor in the quote, and that it would cost an additional $420. At this point, the car was already disassembled, leaving me with little choice but to agree. After the work was completed, I was informed that the AC still wasn't functioning, and the owner couldn't explain why. This raises concerns about the quality of the repair and the diagnostic process. Furthermore, the owner suggested that several other parts of my car required immediate attention. Being familiar with my vehicle's condition, I knew these claims were unfounded. It felt like an attempt to upsell unnecessary services, preying on customers who might not be as informed. This experience left me feeling pressured and taken advantage of. I would advise others to exercise caution and seek a second opinion before agreeing to any services here.
