My car blew a fuse so it had no power and need to be towed one (1) singlar block to the shop. I was told the tow would be $50... (Okay even though it was only one block....) I was also told over the phone that if I had the work done in that shop I wouldn't need to pay the $80 diagnostic testing fee. Well... I sat from 1:45 pm till 4:49 pm for them to find out it was a blown fuse and "because it was a small fix" I was charged the diagnostic fee. On all I spent $200 for a blown fuse. I feel like I shouldn't matter how small a fix I shouldn't have had to pay for the diagnostic. They didn't honor their word and lost my respect. I feel like any honest shop would charge $50 at the very most for that issue not $200. I think they took advantage of me. One single blown fuse, one block of towing, I sat for hours... Bad business practice. Also I googled the cost of fuses $7 for the whole kit... I know the picture say mogule fuse they meant module fuse... Note it say repair on wiring harness... Black electrical tape! And one zip tie... Honestly to God!!!!!

Very organized as far as emissions goes. Went in, signed in and waited. When it was my turn it took about 4 minutes for emissions test to be completed and I was on my way.

Come at 8:30am for emissions test and get it done at 9:40am. You just need to wait. staff is nice, but don’t pick the busy hours. Emission test from 9 am to 2 pm.

Very rude and disrespectful when in on a Wednesday to get emissions at 4 o'clock they don't close till 5 but nobody wanted to do. A mission's testing tell me come back tomorrow morning so I come back today and they tell me by appointment only careless carelessness and it only takes not. Even 5 minutes. To hook up the little box to the car and run the test

Absolutely the most friendly staff I've met I needed a emissions test done in the young lady behind the counter told me they don't do emissions test this late during the day but she was so sweet she said pull your truck around to the side door and I'll get you done I'm so grateful for her kindness I highly recommend this business but if you're going to get an emissions test done you need to be there early in the morning like 7:30 cuz they open at 8:00 a.m. I don't remember that lady's name but I give her a big hug if I could see her absolutely a beautiful business with very kind service

Bad experience. I walked in to sign up for the emission test at 12 noon. Its been an hour and there were no calls. They told me they called me twice but i didnt answer. Unfortunately, they called the wrong number. So they erased me on the list right away and put me again on a new list. Oh my God. I waited forever for my turn. 🥲

Not a place i would go back to ever 🤦 was told to park and wait for call for emissions but never got the call. Wasted hr watching people pull up and go in and out 🤦 i guess you have to be family or close friend idk but sure was unprofessional to have high ratings. Thanks to another shop 7 min away i was in and out no problems no wait 💯

Customer service needs to be improved. The lady had a bad attitude toward her customers. They only accept customers for a limited time in the morning, so they should make more appointments available and/or accept walk-ins like other car shops.

Very unprofessional. When calling about scheduling emissions test I was told “show up tomorrow morning an hour before opening so I could wait outside and get it done” after waiting in line an hour the finally told me I needed to come back tomorrow show up earlier and wait outside in the cold so I could go in schedule the appointment and then continue to wait.I strongly recommend they get a bilingual employee to handle calls

I first went to them for emissions testing and was impressed by how fast they were. So I went back for a transmission fluid change and they were fast and reasonable especially since I came in WITHOUT an appointment. Unfortunately I had issues with my bearings and they got my car repaired same day. I have the worst luck because I also became a victim of Milwaukee's infamous potholes and they have been so reasonable to work with despite my insurance company being slow and difficult. I rarely give reviews on businesses but these guys earned it. you can tell the owner Wally loves his job he loves coming to work and actually helping people he has been extremely reasonable and patient with me over my current issue of getting my car repaired I'm very confident that these guys are going to get it fixed and get it fixed very quickly I have never had an issue with these guys and I'm very confident to recommend their services to other people because Wally seems to be very professional and focused on helping the community. I literally have nothing negative to say about him or his business. I have seen that people have complained about the diagnostic testing and I totally understand from a business standpoint why they do it. They don't charge unless you do the repair at their place I think this prevents people from trying to get a free diagnostic and get their "friend who works on cars" to do it.

I took my van in for emissions. Great fast customer service. You dont have to wait in a long line. All you have to do is go in give your vehicle information and phone number. Then patiently wait in your car until you receive a call that its your turn. I found this very convenient compared to other places where you have to wait in line for hours sometimes to get emissions service. I was out of there in about 20 minutes tops.

Charged me seventy dollars for a tow, diagnosed a bad alternator that he could fix for 600 hundred dollars, ( what a joke ) Had him tow it somewhere else for seventy dollars more, before he let my car down, he let me know.It's gonna be ten dollars more. He tried justifying the $10 by saying he did diagnostics and other stuff for me.But the whole time he was offering me the diagnostics.He said he was doing that for free. These people do business with a crossed tongue, for the $150 that I paid for the toe $70 there.$70 back and the $10 that he ripped me off.I could have got an alternator for a coule hundred dollars and just fixed my problem. Thank God they didn't do it.I was able to find someone that was going to do it for seventy 75 dollars. To sum it up with the $150 that they ripped me off and the $75 that it costs to get it fixed.I still saved three hundred and seventy five dollars.

I took my van to these ppl to fix an electric issue about a red light bolt that kept popping up then shortly after my battery was being drained even after I fixed the alternator and new battery I told them they said bring it in had my van for two days they assured me my van would be good only to find out the following week my van still is doing the same thing and they said after charging 700 hundred dollars I would have to pay for another diagnostics which is unfair especially if the issue was explained at capacity to them and 5 days later the same issue happened that mean you didn’t check anything frfr you just charge me for stuff that was never fixed and I’m filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and taking this to court if they don’t fix my issue today for free And I never asked u to fix or work on anything that you did do but if I bring my van for an issue pay all this money and now I have the same issue still plus two more problems I did not have before you worked on my car that would be on you Yall he talked crazy about it yelled at me and all because he was being unprofessional now want to comment here like a professional this is so unacceptable and unfair to me frfr that ground wire had been like that and my car still was working yall didn’t do what yall needed to do to find the right problem yall assume and now don’t want to fix yall mistakes but it’s ok GOD got me and yall will be getting sued you saying give yall a call when I tried that this morning and Wally wanted to recharge me
