Outstanding service with fantastic prices! Recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't have asked for better. A little hard to find, but definitely worth the effort. Highly recommend!

Incompetent service, dishonest business. They ran an air test for my coolant system. After I picked my car up from them I had to pull over twice and sit on the side of the road because my car was overheating. Called them about it and they said it must have been low when I brought it in. Nice lie, considering it needs to be full for the test to be done. $30 out of pocket for two jugs of coolant just so I could even get my car home! Will never go back, do not recommend.....

I spent about 800 bucks to get a code off of my vehicle. I took 3 days for them to tell me what I already told them. They didn’t have to search for the issue since I told them exactly what was needed to be fixed. When I received the car back the Check engine light came back on not even half a mile from the repair shop. I took the car to autozone to get it scanned and it was the same error code that I originally took it in for. So 800 bucks later I have a car with the same issue and when I told them about it not even 30 minutes after picking up the car they said they light will go away give it time. I do not recommend this shop. Very poor communication.

Quick, Reliable & Affordable. The staff is always friendly. Not like other places at all. The owner is fair with his pricing & trustworthy... He don't charge all the extra fees that other shops try to hit you with. Do you want a straight forward and reliable mechanic?... Look no further! My vehicles have a permanent home here any time something needs done.

I was directed to this shop with promises that the do great work but I want to express my disappointment about the service I received I went in to get a masters cylinder done on the rear but remind you my car was running great before I received service from them and when work was completed my engine light was on and before I left the shop was told to drive a while and my car just started shutting off in the middle of traffic and I taken it back and now something else is needed but never had any of these issues with my car until work was done

The shop is not good I gave the man 1800 dollars to fix my engine in I have the same problem. Just left the other day in he talking about other 700 dollars for some wires when that comes with the engine I recommend you guys do not come to them. They need to shut them down and need to lose their license because they is not good.

The morning of 28 MAR 2024, My mother took her vehicle to this place because there was an oil leak on the engine. The head gaskets needed replacing and there was a leak in her exhaust. The tech who received the car reassured her that they would take a look at it that day. This is my mother’s only mode of transportation so leaving her car for the day was very limiting for her. The first day went by and no call. All day Friday no call. My mother tried calling and leaving texts and no answer. All day Saturday no answer either. Sunday they were closed so we didn’t expect news. Monday comes and I decide to take my mother to the shop to figure out what’s going on. To our surprise the tech who attended us told us that they had lost the keys… No work had been done to the car. My mother asked if she was calling the right number and he bluntly replied “yes” without offering an explanation or anything as to why they weren’t answering her. It also never occurred to them to notify her of the status, they may have been trying to conceal the fact that they had lost the keys in the first place. They were very rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent that they had inconvenienced my mother. Thankfully she had a spare key so we decided to take the car elsewhere. It has been about a week and we have had no news on the keys that they lost nor did they offer any apology. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I would highly discourage anyone from taking their vehicle to this shop.

Brought my 2014 vw Passat here to check why my low oil pressure sensor light would turn on and for them to get an overall look at everything on my car because I had just bought it on fb marketplace and I wanted to make sure it was all good before I decided on keeping it and it also had a problem with the oil pressure light coming on the dash. they told me leave it for the week so I did, They told me the engine overall looked good and they didn’t see any leaks coming from the oil gasket but that they would try to replace 2 oil sensors and my all my brakes for a total of $700. One week exactly goes by and my oil sensor light is going off again.. now I’m worried that something is seriously wrong with my car, so I take it back and they tell me the same thing, they don’t know why my cars oil level is low again. Then when I pick it up they said they washed the engine and that if it leaks again let them know so they can pinpoint the leak. so another week goes by and it happens again(oil pressure light) . This time after I picked up my car they said that the cap to my oil wasn’t screwed on tightly so it was spilling the oil … So I take my car back again feeling very hopeless because I know it’s gonna start acting up after a week that I drive it. I bring it in one last time because the low pressure light on my dash goes off again and this time that I bring it in, the mechanic came out this time to explain to me that basically my motor was messed up and that I needed a whole new one for $3k 💀 hell nah, that was the last time I ever take my car there. I took it to a another shop here in Rockford and they literally told me that I had to replace the same sensors I got put in at a&m 2 or 3 months before, so I did pay for the sensors to get fixed there as well again but it was worth it 🥲 because ever since my car has not had a problem with the oil light coming on and it’s been a month! The new place even got the check engine light off for me which had never been done at a&m. Also if they fix your brakes make sure you know you’re getting all places replaced if you’re paying around $600 because apparently they replaced my rotors and brake pads but left the old calipers which ended up in them getting stuck in place grinding down my new brake pads which I did not find out until months after, I smelled a weird burning smell in my back rims and seen they were hot to the touch. took it someplace else and they showed me that the work they did at a&m was not good.

Great service! They are incredibly honest and transparent on issues with your vehicle. They also pay attention to the state of your vehicle and give you options to save the most money rather than trying to get you to pay for repairs that might not be worth it in the end, something I haven't really encountered much with mechanics! Really friendly and easy going , will definitely go again when something breaks!
