Let me tell you what! I was In need of a set of axles for an offroad trip and was told by an RCV dealer that I could not get the axles in time for my trip " even tho their website said in stock and they are 2.5 hours from my house..." Calling local auto parts stores I was feeling discouraged, then I was thinking what if I call RCV direct. I called RCV and was told the same thing, roughly a week to be delivered.....aw man I said ok that won't work either, RCV steps up and asks when I need em! BAAM!!! 2days later the axles are on my door step. This is hands down a top notch American company that takes pride in customer service!!! I will order from here again no questions asked!

I purchased a set of RCV front axles for an international scout. After working for several hours we could not get them to fit in the knuckles. I tried to return them and the store I bought them from told me they were special order and not returnable. I emailed RCV with no response. They looked great, but the CV’s made for a scout don’t fit scout knuckles. (Go figure) The video on their website was using gm knuckles.

I added RCV axle shafts not long ago and this past weekend when I was rotating my tires I saw a metal sliver sticking out of the orange boot on the driver's side. I took pictures and then pulled the piece out with pliers. I sent the pictures to RCV on Sunday evening. Monday morning I had an email from Josh asking for my address so he could send me a new clip confirming what I though the broken item was. I responded and asked about replacing the boot which he also included. Then if that was fast enough I got the shipping notification just a couple hours later. This was in my opinion excellent customer service and tells me I made a great choice in buying the RCV shafts. PS- They wheel awesome. Felt much smoother and gave me more confidence on the trails. Never once did I feel like I was straining the Jeep like I used to.

The worst customer service possible. Makes a defective axle and incorrect lengths then quotes me another 8-10 weeks to correct their mistake. This was after 4 months that it originally took for them to get me my axles. They can't even expedite their process. Won't be buying axles from them again... If they had the smallest respect they would try and expedite their process to fix their screw up.

I buy axles with cv joint after 10km drive on Nissan Patrol 400hp one of CV joint done. I've been writing every day for 6 days, I only got a reply to the first one with pictures - "Im sorry I do not follow, it looks like the CV stub is broken" …..

They walked me through diagnosing the problem and the solution. Had to cut 1/2" off the splines to make it work.

The guys at RCV have been extremely helpful. I bought my ultimate axles about a year ago. Dillon. Josh, Christian and a couple others I’ve talked to over the phone have been above and beyond willing to listen and get any issues I have resolved. For me, the turn around was very reasonable. I’ve been without my axles for 3 weeks. They were very upfront about customers ahead of my axles. Even with an address mixup ( simple miscommunication) these guys were in it and have done a phenomenal job with customer service. Thanks RCV!

I ordered a critical transmission part from RCV and paid over 2 months ago with a promised delivery of 2-4 weeks. That date slipped multiple times without proactive updates, each time I had to chase for information, despite asking them to notify me of any further delays. My car is undriveable in the meantime. After the latest escalation, I was told it will take “4–6 weeks” more, which is far too vague after several missed dates. I chose RCV to avoid the manufacturer’s longer lead time and paid a premium, yet I’m now waiting even longer than the manufacturer’s timeline and have no confidence the latest estimated arrival date will be right.
