Great customer service. Katie always goes above and beyond for me. Always fair pricing and if i tell her im on a budget she shops around for me. Never had an issue and she always calls to check up on my vehicle a couple days after i pick it up. Highly recommend.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Called on the phone to ask about getting an alignment and the receptionist told me if I brought my car in the next 30 minutes I could get an alignment. Once I arrived, before she even looked at my car, she started telling me how I could not get an alignment unless I payed her $40 first to check if it needs an alignment. It really felt like she was trying to take advantage of the fact I know so little about cars but even if it was true, why would she not just tell me this on the phone? Awful experience, will never be returning or recommending.

Got a plug put in not even an hour down the road it’s flat. Got told they don’t do anything about it and said I must of got another nail and they were very rude over the phone. I used to always go to them with my vans. Well, that’s stopping today.

Had a good time in the office while i waited for my car. She is very good at explaining what is happening with the car, she does over estimate the sale which is a good thing so don’t think it’s gonna be that set price she gives you. It’s a relief when it turns out being cheaper than what the paper says. Overall a great experience being there:)

I brought my granddaughters car in for an alignment and they told me she needed balanced tires so they jumped right on it and got it done. We didnt wait but 15 minutes. Such great service. Then when we left the tire pressure sign popped on the car so we took it back and they checked everything out for her at no cost and reset the sensor. I am so impressed by their service and knowledge. I Will definitely recommend this business to everyone. They were fantastic…. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Thank you for your service…

I will not make this long and drawn out. All I'll say is Kate is wonderful, honest explains everything going on with the car and does good work. I took my car in for an alignment the first time and respectfully she told me "no". She would not do it because she would just be taking my money (Unlike most shops). First to have the issue they noted after inspection fixed then bring it back. A women of her word. I took the car back today and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend using this repair shop. Everyone that works there is so awesome! Super good service would definitely recommend to anyone who wants excellent work at a great price! Place is perfect for students or anyone on a tight budget! 😁 They did all my exhaust work there and my car runs so much better. They are nice in a way when you don't know anything about cars they will explain it in a way so you don't feel dumb! Which to me is a big thing. Not everyone knows everything about cars. The other good thing is, they don't take advantage of you. They are honest, trustworthy people. Best local shop for affordability and convenience. You can call in the morning and almost get in that day. But would recommend calling before going😁

We had a broken valve stem on the rear wheel of our campervan. We stopped without having an appointment. They helped us immediately. The valve was replaced quickly and professionally and the wheel was replaced again with the spare wheel. As a courtesy, the spare was also checked and all tires were adjusted to the correct pressure and we even received a few bottles of ice-cold water. A fast and really very friendly service. Very nice and professional people. And very affordable. Highly recommended.

The owner is very knowledgeable about cars, she explained in detail what issues I had, and what my options were to fix them! She was completely honest through the whole process; because of this, I decided to go ahead and have them fix my car! The mechanics did an excellent job with my repairs!!! I had my car back in a quick and timely manner, and the car runs like new!! Will be back, and will definitely recommend!
