Easily 5 star service! We ran into several issues at a different location & had about given up on O'Reilly's altogether. On a whim, I stopped into the location near my old house. Initially, I was dealing with a very helpful guy, who was unable to locate my record & got me the manager. Up comes a "young kid". Honestly, I thought, oh great, this isn't going anywhere. I was very wrong! Alex had to spend almost another half hour with me, trying to figure it all out. He went above & beyond to finally locate my purchase & correct the issue. Today, we're back at the Broadway location. Another "hail mary" so to speak. We've needed a part for the old truck for like 6 months. No one seems to be able to locate it. Actually that other O'Reilly's I mentioned had even told us, we don't carry it, try somewhere else. Today, we got Chris. The part automatically changes over to the wrong part in the system. He took the time to research the part. Locate the OEM part number online & then go back into their system & find it that way. Part is finally ordered, after 6 months of getting turned away... even by a different O'Reilly's! If you need someone who actually knows what their doing, takes their time to work with you, & provides excellent customer service.... the Broadway is the ONLY place to go! If you're looking for quick, incorrect, crap service - head further north ;)

Just left O'Reilly Auto Parts and boy, what an adventure! Went in for a simple air filter, came out with a PhD in "Parts Psychology" and a newfound appreciation for automotive interpretive dance. The guy behind the counter, let's call him Steve (his name tag said Mike, but he looked more like a Steve), tried so hard to find my part that he literally disappeared into the back room for so long, I started wondering if he'd found Narnia through the parts shelf. When he finally emerged, covered in dust and holding what appeared to be a filter from the Jurassic era, he proudly announced, "This might not be exactly what you need, but it's what we're both stuck with today!" The computer system went down right as he was ringing me up, and I swear I witnessed the five stages of grief in under 30 seconds. But hey, at least I got to watch him perform the ancient ritual of manual receipt writing while humming "The Final Countdown." Best part? When I asked if they had any blinker fluid in stock, Steve didn't miss a beat: "Sorry, we're all out - the last guy bought our entire supply. But I hear AutoZone has some premium grade stuff!"
