My parter JUST checked his gift card balance a Christmas gift from his parents, and before he can get to the store these people charged him his full balance- We live in CALIFORNIA and have never been to NY. Calling them they acted confused then left him on mute the entire.

Thief’s! I live in Washington State and just got a gift card and with in minutes they emptied the card. Took forever to get some one there to pick up the phone and when I finally did and asked to speak to there billing person, he instantly began to say we don’t use cards and so on and so on. You can tell it’s scripted and they do this all the time. Have reached out to the local police department and waiting for some one to get back to me.

My credit card was charged by this business for the full amount I had in my account, just minutes after I went online to check my balance on my card. I'm in Virginia! Have never been to Brooklyn, NY! I'm getting the Virginia State Police Fraud Division and the Brooklyn PD involved.
