Got my car towed to these guys because it wouldn’t start. They told me it was a battery issue and sold me a new battery. Turns out it was the fuel pump, the battery was fine. I suspect that they couldn’t diagnose the issue correctly so they were just like eh sell that guy a new battery and get him outta here. Needless to say this didn’t fix the issue, instead I paid $300 for a battery I didn’t need. Issue is now fixed that I’ve changed the fuel pump myself

Brought my Subaru here that wouldn't start. With in 1.5 hours from my arrival they said my engine seized and I needed a new one. A total lie. Had it towed to a Subaru dealer and they fixed it that day. These guys are liars. They tried to scam me. Do not go here. They also might have broken a part while inspecting the engine. Terrible experience.

I usually pay around $70 for an oil change everywhere else, but here they charge $90 for the exact same car and the same oil. There’s nothing extra or special about the service to justify the higher price. It feels like they’re just overcharging because of a night rate differential. I’ll be taking my car somewhere else next time.

They tried to rob us for changing 2 tires and wanted 45/each for mount and balancing. Gor it done from other store for $20. As it's a simple work and they failed to be legitimate and doing fair business, I recommend to avoid this shop. The guy had some attitudes as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bobby’s Auto Repairs. I was overcharged for services that were not clearly explained upfront, and the final price was much higher than what was initially discussed. On top of that, the service quality was poor. The work felt rushed, communication was lacking, and I left without confidence that the issue was properly resolved. When I asked for clarification, the staff was not helpful and did not take responsibility. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this shop. There are many other repair shops in Brooklyn that are more transparent, honest, and customer-focused.

I find this workshop.this is a great auto workshop for anything you need on your car. They have the variety of tires. They have battery replacement for your car. They have mobile one oil change everything your car need. I am very satisfied and very happy. Their price is little bit high, but overall great service and great customer relation I just did my DMV New York State inspection and I did my tires. Thank you, Bobby.

I have been a loyal customer of Bobby's Auto Repair for years, even recommending them to friends for inspections. That ends today. The guy named "Rich" performing my NYS inspection tried a blatant, insulting scam. He checked all my tires and then dramatically showed me his gauge, claiming the tread was at the illegal "red level" and my car would fail the inspection immediately. When I checked using his gauge in front of him, the reading was clearly in the safe green/yellow zone—not a single tire was close to red. His response to being caught was a hostile look and a curt, "DMV won't pass." If he wanted to sell me tires, he should have been nice and honest. Instead, I got caught in an aggressive attempt at deception. I left immediately, drove to a nearby shop, and got my inspection sticker in two minutes with zero issue. This shop has lost a customer for good. Absolute dishonest service
