If you have a Toyota sienna, I recommend you don’t come to this body shop. The paint was done very bad, drivers door and power slide door was not put properly, I also asked to get brand new oem doors to put to the car, it turns out; it was a fake door, not factory oem doors. My advice is, never pay for the money upfront, first take your car, drive it, test it. If it’s not good, tell the to fix it. My situation is, I paid the money after the car was ready to pick up, and found the issues only after, I then ran after the boss Tohir for multiple days to fix it, he didn’t seem to care at all. I felt robbed, don’t trust this body shop.

If you have a TOYOTA SIENNA or any type of minivan; let alone a brand new car (DO NOT GO TO THIS BODY SHOP). I brought my brand new Toyota sienna to this body shop after an accident and they told me the two doors will be changed, and they have to cut the center pillar of the car and replaced with a new center pillar to it’s fitting size. I had told them that I want OEM TOYOTA SIENNA DOORS. They had confirmed me that it will be OEM and promised me that the car will be looking all brand new once again. One week goes by, I paid in full and as I’m driving, I hear a loud wind coming through from the side of the doors. I explained the matter of the situation to the boss Malik, the boss absolutely ignored my words or concern constantly making jokes and running around. Things got really worst and very unprofessional, I ran after him for a month and a half to get it fixed, everyday he tells me to come to the body shop and everyday there’s always an excuse. I felt like it was mockery. In the end, they didn’t fix it and couldn’t fix it. I took it to a different body shop and now I’m paying for everything all over again. Update: the second body shop had told me these are not oem doors, because there’s way too many big gaps, and all the inside pieces of the doors are not aligning properly or sitting comfortably. There was multiple dents and paint mismatch found on the doors. Absolutely scammed, and nobody else should fall for it. Important note: if the bodyshop responds to this message saying “sorry but we have not serviced you” or any type of victim reply. In fact, yes you did service me. I have proof to anyone that needs it. *Cost: $5400 *Time done: 1 week *Issue: wind coming in through the doors - multiple big gaps where the door is not aligned properly - ran away from the problem instead of fixing it -false words that give you hope -very unprofessional -The painting was very bad * Type of car -Toyota sienna 2025 *Brand new car
