I have been taking my two cars to this shop for the past year or so, and I cannot express how much they have guided me in my upgrades, steered me in the right direction of right or wrong regarding upgrades to my cars. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the cars that they work on. The experience is always and i mean always, extraordinary!

First I have to mention there’s not many place I let touch my car let alone drive it and hold it for a whole day. But I was strongly recommended to them and I have to say their work is phenomenal. Came with my friend a week earlier to get his GTI tuned to APR stage 2 I have a GLI within 10 minutes of leavening we did a u-turn and came back to make my appointment for stage 2 as well as other work. Great customer service guys really know their stuff and Eric and Alex took great care of my baby definitely coming back to have other work done and will refer to friends as well.

If you’re anywhere in the 5 boroughs, you Must have their number saved in your phone. Eric, and his team are 2nd to none. I’ve been here many times, and NEVER had a bad experience. They will save you money, and time. They’re efficient and actually know what they’re doing. My last visit there, I thought something was wrong with my steering shaft, and had ordered the part, turned out mine was perfectly fine, if they wanted they could’ve swapped it out, and billed me for labor that that was never needed. They’re VERY well priced, their work is dealership level if not higher for half the price. They’re the epitome of professionalism, and do their work with integrity which is lacking in the world today, especially mechanic shops. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Not even a customer yet. I pulled in unannounced and Eric took 3hrs of his time diagnosing my TT RS, even driving it around the block 2 times. I’ve been to several Auto shops in New York, and i don’t allow many hands to touch or drive my BMW… This place not only has one of the best facilities in Brooklyn, but also the friendliest staff in the auto industry as far as i’ve seen. If your in the Brooklyn area and you want the best service for your luxury or exotic car, this place is pretty much your only option. Best mechanic I’ve ever been to! I own an Infiniti Q60, and every other shop including the dealer told me I needed new turbos or even a whole engine. These guys were honest, transparent, and actually cared. They diagnosed the real problem, fixed it for way less, and my car drives like new. They even followed up afterward! Awesome experience. I needed 40k maintenance on VW Golf AllTrack and was also considering APR ECU upgrade. Eric also suggested APR TCU upgrade and provided a quote up front for all the work. His prices were great and he talked to me about various options. I dropped the car off after hours, and picked it up a few days later based on my schedule. Eric explained the work done, was super patient when I asked questions, and made recommendations for future upgrades. They even washed my car and it looked great. I immediately took a roadtrip (12 hours of driving in a day) and the car was perfect, my gas mileage was 4 or 5 MPG better than prior to the service/upgrade and the car is much quicker and fun to drive.

Brought my B9.5 SQ5 in for 1/ hybrid turbo install for the stage 3 build, 2/ custom exhaust work, and 3/ dyno sessions. Erik and Alex are truly great to work with. Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF). I highly recommend Eric, Serge and the rest of the Brooklyn Motors Inc team be your choice when needing performance work on your car. I recently purchased a 2024 RSQ8. Wasn’t sure if I wanted to change anything. Also I did not know any European motor shops. While looking at a German website discussing Audi performance work, I came across a place called Brooklyn Motors Inc. I was somewhat skeptical, being a Brooklynite myself, knowing/dealing in Brooklyn…especially auto shos!!! (watch your back)…. My co-worker and I set out to visit Brooklyn Motors Inc. We met Eric Z upon arrival. Boy did we hit a home run. Eric answered all our questions in the manner of an auto enthusiast, not a Brooklyn Auto Repair shop salesman. In fact, his business is far from that!!! He did not try to sell me any services, but rather answered my questions about tuning the vehicle. He said if tuned, it could produce somewhere in the neighborhood of 750 Horsepower. Ooops, he tuned it last Friday, and it came out to 780HP!!!! And the torque was 855. He discussed to cost before hand. No last minute surprises. No hidden costs. And very reasonable costs! Now that I got the appropriate power for the RSQ8, it was time for some minor cosmetics. He suggested black gloss powder coated rims, and wheel spacers. Not only is the ugly aluminum look gone, but the insdie of the rims and coated as well. Thus making it easier to clear! The wheel spacers not only gave the car a great trimline look, but the car felt more stable when I hit 120mph on the B&9044e Bridge. (name intentionally left out). I picked the car up today and its looking and sounding wicked. Eric’s recommendation for the cosmetics gave the vehicle a much needed uplift to its look. I pushed Eric to put the vehicle on the Dyno Jet to test the HP and Torque. I thought the RSQ8 had big cojones before the tune, but now she will not let anyone outrun me. Just look and listen below.

Where do I start? I found Brooklyn motors on Instagram. I contacted them, Eric answered the phone, we spoke briefly. I was comfortable in choosing them to install a few performance improvements on my car. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I arrived there early, Alex ( mechanic) was already waiting for me. They allowed me to record the whole process (if you want to see it check out my YouTube channel.) Alex started taking apart the whole front end to make the job easier, faster, and cleaner. Alex knew what he was doing, so I was confident that it will go well. We installed a heat exchanger, charge pipe, intake and high flow DP. A few hours later everything was installed correctly. I was very pleased with the work and the atmosphere. The vibes were amazing! Definitely Recommend checking them out for any work from built motor, simple maintenance and performance upgrades. I’m so happy I found them!

Absolutely the best mechanic shop I've ever been too by far! Eric, Sergey, Alex and everyone else (sorry idk your names) are all amazing. I believed Eric and Sergey worked on the KO4 turbo for my Audi b8.5 and everything was done perfectly. They even found issues from my last exhaust job and recommended a fix that paired perfectly with K04. The price isn't cheap but it is reasonable and it's definitely worth it given the quality of work and honesty of the staff. So I'd recommend this shop to anyone esp those with modified Germans.

The service was quick and extremely professional. Brought my car over here because my previous shop couldn’t get it done, these guys got it done in a couple days. Brought my x3 in for coolant leak, they replaced the hoses, cleaned the engine bay of all the crud and made sure my car was up and running properly again. Highly recommend these guys, huge thank you to the owner Eric and Serge the tech, they truly know what they are doing!! Can’t thank you guys enough!!!

I went to Brooklyn Motors because I wanted to upgrade the exhaust on my Infiniti Q50. The stock exhaust was way too quiet for my liking, and I wanted something a little louder without being over the top. Eric, the owner, really knows his stuff. He suggested going with a Fast Intention Exhaust paired with AMS Lower Downpipes, and I’m glad I took his advice. Once everything was installed, I was extremely happy with the results. The exhaust sounds amazing — deeper, more aggressive, but still clean. You can really hear the car breathing much better now. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of work was on point. Highly recommend Brooklyn Motors if you’re looking for performance upgrades done right!
