In my opinion, The owner (Shaun Garrick) is disrespectful, and his girlfriend Lisa JACKMAN gets extremely jealous of woman customers. Stay way because the prices are expensive even compared to neighboring shops. Update: Because of this review Sean Garrick girlfriend (Lisa JACKMAN), continues to insult me.

Took my 02 TL to them for ah new transmission last year and took them 3 months to fix it and within ah few weeks transmission has same problem waste of money. Took my bmw to get hub assembly change for both sides with my warranty, and they lied and changed only one. You’re better off somewhere going somewhere else that the workers actually care about your car and will actually fix it.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. He’s a liar, took more than 3 months with my truck. I’m almost sure he didn’t do anything to it besides change the seats and “paint job”. He completely took advantage and I wouldn’t recommend any one go there! His customer service skills are terrible and he gets mad when you ask him what has he done because he’s had your truck for months with no updates of what is being done. Completely gives you the run around. Never again.

I stopped in here randomly for an inspection on a Sunday. Shaun, the owner, greeted me and took me right away. He was professional and seemed like a genuine, good guy. We talked for a little while I only got an inspection, but it was a good experience And I would definitely come back for something else I need done on my car. The worst repair shop I have ever went too. The owner, Mr Shaun Garrick took my money up front I did nothing to my car!!! I had to put my car in the BMW of Freeport service center. It took them 3 weeks to fix the problem. The same problem Eagle repair was supposed to fix. I sue the owner in civil court. I won!!! He still refused to give me back my money!!! Now!!! I have to get the authority involved!!! Please don’t go here!!! He is a thief and dishonest man.

I typically don't like to leave bad reviews of a business but my experience with the owner of this auto repair shop was unlike most. The owner was short tempered and with a bad attitude. He claimed I needed new brake pads to pass inspection. When I asked him to show me using the tool he used to measure my remaining brake pad thickness, the tool showed that yes the brake pads were low, but still within passing range of the tool (i.e. 4mm of brake pad thickness remaining, within the "yellow" range of the tool he used). My brakes do not squeal, nor does my vehicle show a warning for the brake system (the vehicle is equipped with brake pad wear sensors which indicate when the pads should be replaced). Resorted to calling me names and told me I should get new glasses. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The owner is a scammer. They did a tint job and it was completely bubbled when I asked for it to be redone they wanted an additional 200 dollars. They took 250 dollars from me. Seriously do not do business here, this is scam.

Even though it was the holidays they were willing to diagnosed the issue; accept the job, clearly explaining the issue and providing a detailed estimate. They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was working. They are helpful, friendly; knowledgeable, and fixed the problem efficiently.
