It pains me because I wanted this to work out however it didn’t. I contact Mobile4U due to my husband’s car not starting. They responded promptly and got someone out that day for a diagnostic. After the diagnostic, I was told the starter didn’t work and that parts as well as labor would be about $400. I inquired about would this service need towing and provided the correct car model and vin information. The appointment was set for the following morning. The following morning, the mechanic was already late then I got a call stating that they misquoted me and that my new total would be $700. I asked what could cause my total to increase by 75% and was told the representative to gave me this quote gave me the wrong information. I inquired whether I had provided incorrect information to put me in this situation…that wasn’t the case. After speaking to a supervisor, I explained how could as the service is about to rendered that my cost increase by 75%. I could not understand how that could be and how could someone give me a wrong quote if the car information I provided was 100% correct. No one could explain. I also explained that someone could deem this be suspicious because how could there be no one to review the following days appointment the night prior to check all this? Someone could easily think they are being scammed out of money. I was literally in a situation where I needed the vehicle operating, I thought I secured a quote and service THEN was bamboozled. Seeking another mechanic, diagnostic, and having services rendered would put me another 2 days behind. After speaking to the supervisor who could not explain how this quality assurance and lack of performance improve my could happen, I spoke to my husband and we decided to just have the starter repaired. Once agreed, the onsite mechanic drove off. I had to contact the rep; the mechanic stated he didn’t feel comfortable making the repair. The supervisor got someone out late that evening and subsequent job was finished the following day. It’s not over… Thinking all was repaired, we started the car and now the check engine light came on. We contacted the mechanic who repaired the starter and of course we received no one out to check on this issue and no follow up phone call. Over all I was in a bind and needed the car “repaired” but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied the service and would not recommend. Follow-up: after being serviced the check engine light came on. I contacted the mechanic who completed the starter repair and he was eager to come out to see what the issue was however the “supervisor” told him not to come out because I did not agree to spend more money on an issue created by the starter repair. I was told if in the process of them fixing something and they damage something to fix it they would offer a discount. Again, Overall I would not recommend this company. I had poor experience. The service was terrible. The customer service was even worst than terrible.

Really great mobile mechanic. I recommend to all my friends and family. Kind knowledgeable technicians come to your address and are courteous and efficient. The price is more reasonable then you would expect. Give them a try. Not a pair review. I went to my local mechanic 4 times and was refused an oil change 4 times. Screw that. Mobile4you oil change is the way to go. Especially when it's 20 degrees outside.

I just came here to say that Celina and William are the absolute BEST hands down! From the time I contacted the company Celina was very helpful and very thorough. Got a same day appointment which is a PLUS! When William arrived my experience got even better than expected. Very helpful and very knowledgable. Had no problems walking me through each step and even gave me a few extra pointers on things to look out for in the future. Definitely will be a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you!

Spare yourselves anxiety. Asked for a diagnostic to remove one warning light, otherwise my car was running perfectly. A guy came down brought a mini diagnostic tester it showed no codes. He then went on youtube to see how to fix it and I ended up with 3 NEW warning lights. One of them was the Brake light which the computer thinks my car has a brake issue when it doesn't so it doesnt let me drive it. I saw he's playing with my car and he said it needs to be towed. Its a brand new car with 5k miles, everything was working and it was driving till he came. then they call me asked me for the second half of their payment. I was very upset and i asked to refund me my deposit for making my car immobile they said they will send an experienced technician the next moring at 9. I call at 9 since no one came they said he cant come now since his van broke down. i simply realized how unprofessional they are i just didnt want to deal with them no more. If your looking for an oil change i guess it would be ok but otherwise i would not advise.

Steve is the best mechanic! He came through clutch for me! I recently had surgery after breaking my leg in half With limited mobility I had to trust a different mechanic than my normal one. Enter Steve! He is kind and courteous and gave me a diagnosis within minutes! He came back the next day and fixed the issue! We then found that there was the same issue on the other side of the car, and he ordered the part and came back and fixed it the same day! You can’t pay someone to care, but Steve does! Amazing service, 10000000 stars!

When I tell you this is it, THIS IS IT! As you can see, I needed my brake pads replaced on all four. Their price is extremely good and reasonable. I shopped around and I was quoted up to $6k!!! Mind you, I bought my own pads. I digress, Trev was my mechanic and he is dope. He got busy real quick and im happy the weather was good. Changed all my pads b4 it got real cold and I am happy with the work. I just need to break in the pads. I highly recommend them cuz I don't give 5tars to anyone but this company deserves it. I will be calling them again.

Save your money and go elsewhere. I paid for a diagnostic test that led to an incorrect diagnosis. The shop insisted my alternator needed to be replaced, so I agreed to the service and new part. They originally quoted me a total price of $840. One month later, when I followed up, they attempted to raise the price to $1,030 which is a $190 increase. They only changed it back to the original price after I questioned the original price. The repair took over five hours and afterward my car was returned in worse condition than before. Every dashboard warning light came on and the battery current sensor which had been working perfectly was suddenly faulty. I was told they would fix it for free only if I paid for the new sensor. They caused the issue during the alternator replacement and then tried to shift the cost of their mistake onto the customer. Extremely disappointing and absolutely not recommended.
