I hope someone as trusting as the owner comes along after him..I've never felt cheated when i leave this mechanic. I use to get 3 opinions before letting someone work on my car and GOLDEN RULE always had better price ,he's fast, and my vehicle's that hes worked on are doing Great. If he can't fix it he will tell you that too.

This guy Marcus, who is the main mechanic there, along with his sister, are very crooked and dishonest people. We took our car in we agreed to an amount to be paid for services and parts. Later when time to pick up the car , l he gave us a price much higher than what was agreed on. Now we are involved in a court action suit. I would highly advise that you not take your car to this place! No I'm not some disgruntled victim. I am a hard-working man who's taking care of his family and children who needed a vehicle fixed and was taken advantage of. This is exactly why we were hesitant to use a professional mechanic. So please beware of Marcus and his sister and a professional auto care.

A Professional Auto Repair in Rustburg Virginia was able to take care of all my needs and added a welcoming attitude, honest professionalism and a fair price. I had lots of issues going on with my van and Marcus kept me in the loop at every step of the process. I'm a long distance delivery driver and these qualities are not found in many places.
