most the people that are leaving one or two star are the same people i have to hunt down to pay there bill leaving there car on out lot for month of a time. most them bring in the wrong parts and wont us to perform miracle to them fit inside there car. then the one who call in the shop with four different size tire on the car or call and give the wrong size tire for they car or truck. when try tell them you can put that size tire they wont to cuss you out! why buy an car if you can't afford to fix are not smart enough to follow the automaker advice for your vehicle. AND I DID USE TO WORK HERE JUST TRIED OF DEAL WITH BAD MOUTH CUSTOMER THAT ACT LIKE TWO YEARS OLD!

So bought a car from here definitely was overpriced, but thats not my problem i couldn't find him when the engine blew. Went to my old mechanic charged half of what A star would have quoted.Next nothing is ever done when its supposed to ( i know things go wrong) but can never get ahold of him open or not.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THE OWNER, Sam, is unprofessional, rude and a scammer. My husband came and had to get 4 tires put on our truck. The next morning we have a flat. The roadside assistance guy told me that the lug nuts weren't even tight and that the tire we had was very poorly plugged. I took the car back to this guy and he was immediately defensive and started yelling at me. I told him what the tow guy said and he told me I was lying. He refused to refund my money and even tried to give me back the same raggedy tire that he had just taken off. NEVER GO TO THIS SCUM BAG!!

Before running an auto repair shop, you should probably (at least) familiarize yourself with the basics of auto repair. Sam, the owner, has not. I went in for a simple alignment after replacing ball joints/tie rods on my car, and it took 3 trips (and an entire day missed from work) for them to get it aligned properly (well, as far as I know; their shop is so janky, they don't even give you a printout showing the adjustments that were made. I have NEVER been to a shop, independent or chain, that didn't give me a printout after alignment). When they finally got it aligned correctly, he tried to tell me the reason they couldn't get the car aligned the first time was because the front uplinks were damaged. When I explained to him that uplinks are for stability and have absolutely nothing to do with alignment, he changed his story to saying that the steering rack was damaged (it's not). An alignment should take 30 minutes tops, and is so easy to do that a $10/hr Jiffy Lube wrench monkey can do them. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had and least knowledgeable shop I have ever been to.

Great service, after going tire shop after tire shop to get quotes, for some online coil spring and tires I bought. I was getting ripped off by everyone. i was saved over 50% and in my case had all the parts installed that same hour. AMAZING. for everything tire and suspension related, even if you purchased the items yourself. I'd give these guys a shot. It just happened that no one works on my foreign and these guys where able to do work. props to them.

This place it legit. They will take care of you and fix your issue without giving you the run-around and they are extremely reasonable. Quality work at an exceptional price. I visited another shop nearby and they were rude and quoted me a horrible price. Sam took care of me and saved me hundreds of dollars. Him and his staff no their stuff. The yard and the building definitely need some maintenance but do not let look decieve you. Yes it's dirty and messy but their work is quality and their prices can't be beat.

Long time bringing all my cars here and referring people but I was told a wheel alignment was done and in actuality it wasn’t. It almost caused us an accident because it would jerk one way or another every time we hit a bump. When I took it back to get done correctly after I had already paid I was told I had to wait for several other cars to get done who hadn’t paid before he could get to mine. Every person I seen this day come here has shown having the same experience of the owner not taking responsibility for the actions of him or his mechanics. Too many cars on the lot and looks very unprofessional and very discouraging. I’m done with dealing with this business and won’t be referring anyone else. Lastly it seems preferential on who and how he deals with certain people.

Sam (owner) is a total rip off!!! He a good mechanic depending on how he's feeling. All bad, business is business point blank! The shop is a filthy disaster he's a rude-get over. You can't even pull in his lot its full of junk cars for a reason. He made 500.00 off me in 2 days then told me my car wasn't worth putting money into due to a bad leak. Well y tell me that after u take my money! Do NOT go here! Just get a car note! 😡

I was in a bind because my engine couldn’t turn over. The mechanic who worked there agreed to see me immediately and was honest about the other cars he was taking care of ahead of mine. He was patient enough to work with me and my brother to ensure we understood the issue with the car and getting it back in working order. Not only did he make sure my car was fixed, he made it a point to explain the both of us what the issue was and made us aware of other minor issues he noticed when checking out the car. I wasn’t expecting that and deeply appreciated his foresight to do that. I highly recommend bringing your car to get fixed with this guy. Awesome person who gets the job done right.
