Really impressed with A-tech. I’d been having issues with my Santa Fe for the 2 years I’ve owned it. Taken it to several different places and been charged a lot of $$ only to have recurring issues within days and - recently - a failed inspection. Mike took the car in, diagnosed, and gave a fair price. The work was done quickly, the car passed inspection and has been running like new for the last several weeks. Thank you!!!!

A-Tech has been servicing my car for several years. They do a great job. They are very honest. If work needs to be done on my car they let me know what needs to be done soon and what can wait. Their prices are reasonable. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I don’t normally leave reviews but thought I should for A-Tech. Brought my truck in for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. I saw they have good reviews so I trusted they would do right by me. I quickly found out that while they were very nice the prices were extremely high. They had to drop my exhaust to get to the transmission pan, which is normal but upon picking up my truck I noticed a large exhaust leak. I called Mike and told him about it. He then went on to say they would not fix the exhaust leak they caused and continued to talk down to me. I will be taking this to the BBB to get it resolved. Also they will up sell you things you don’t need. Mike told me they would charge $600 for just replacing the back brakes. When I asked why it was so much he said they replace the rotors as well, even though the rotors were perfectly fine. I would avoid this shop at all cost. Up charging, up selling, and shady business is all you will get.

I had a great experience. Most important is quality of service, which has never been an issue. Mike and staff back up their great service with honesty and integrity. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and efficient. The service is always completed and trouble free. They not only did all the work needed but advised me correctly on future servicing. I have several relatives who go to them as well, and they will be my service people for all of my vehicles in definitely. Highly recommended.

A-Tech is awesome! My car broke down on a Thursday night after they were closed, I had no other option but to get it towed to the shop past closing hours. I called in the morning and spoke directly with Mike who was incredibly communicative and said it how it is. I needed new alternator and battery and man my alternator is buried in my car and Mike never batted an eye and even got it back to me the following day on Friday. Mike is awesome and so is A-Tech. I just moved to the area and would recommend this shop to anyone! If you want unreliable cheap work and cheap parts, don’t come here, you want reliability and good car service, then check them out!!!

I want to thank Mike at A-Tech for his professionalism, but more importantly his caring and kindness during a truly difficult time for my family. I had my 2017 Honda CRV towed there after it broke down with every warning light flashing. It was just after Christmas week and my husband just entered hospice and sadly passed after just three days. Mike quickly diagnosed that initial problem but then the warning lights returned a few days later. There was a second issue that he was able to resolve quickly. He didn’t charge me labor, and I truly believe it’s because he knew the heartache and the stress I was feeling.

Mike and his team of technicians are great people and got the job done not once but twice. My power steering went out in my f250 and fixed it but the part was defective that the put in the truck and they fixed it again the very next day to get me back on the road to plow. Truly the only mechanic shop I know that would do something like that at no extra charge.
