A touch of glass and FTS will always be my go to. I had a stationary window in my Ford Transit van that got busted out I called to get a quote from multiple places the highest price I received was 350 I couldn't afford that so I called A touch of Glass as my last hope they were able to get me in and window done in less than a day and At half the cost. Definitely recommend A touch of Glass and FTS to anybody who is in need of a window replacement or car repair.

Beware buyers! Do not do business with touch of glass! I scheduled an appointment and Brenda closed up the office before my arrival! No communication to notify me that she would not be available. Horrible business practices! I had to go across town to get services from her competitor. I will never do business with this company again!

Really impressed. Professional in every respect from answering the phone to cleaning up and following up after the job. The receptionist / order person asked all of the right questions. Called me and said tech would arrive in about 15 minutes. Two techs were on time, had all the right tools and obviously knew how to use them. Clean uniforms, clean truck, fast and efficient. Friendly and helpful.Got it right the first time and the company called back next day for followup. Highly recommend and it is a local company which supports local community needs. Oh, and nearly the lowest price of eight quotes!

After making an appointment, running my vin#, assuring me she ordered the right windshield, and an hour waiting in the waiting room I was told they didn’t have the right windshield. This place is too busy for their own good. I wish there was an alternative to suggest but Yuma doesn’t have a lot to offer when it comes to vehicle service

They helped us get the RV windshields replaced. They kept us in the loop even communicating with the insurance company to find out what was going on. Parts were ordered promptly and they set up a service date even though we were 70 miles out of town. The workmen arrived promptly. Don’t waste your money or time here. I usually go to another place near Honda, and the few times I’ve gotten a chip on my windshield they’ve cleaned it up and you can hardly notice it. Here it looks the same as before if not alittle worse. Hopefully it holds but I’m pretty sure I’ll need to go elsewhere to get it fixed pretty soon. I don’t recommend coming here. You’ve commented that’s not the area but that is exactly the area worked on and the only chip on my windshield. And I tried to walk back in and let you know it still looks the same and was told yeah that’s how it looks and nothing was done. I will not go back I’ve made a mistake of giving someone a second chance when they told me to go back and they’ll make it right and it was a huge mistake and I will never do that again
