My family has been going to this shop for years at the Phelan location, but this location also has excellent service. It was my first time coming to this one and they said they could patch a flat tire in about 20 min, and they changed all 4 of my tires in about 20 min! They speak English, Vietnamese, and Spanish here. I highly recommend!!

Don’t come here. They will ask you to pay cash or zelle so they won’t pay tax. They will promise a warranty and they will make it very difficult for you to claim. The staff and owner are very rude. Quality is terrible. Cheap tires.

I have been changing my tires ,did wheel alignments to all my cars for many years with this bussienss and I was extremely happy..fast service, good polite people ,amd Mr.Joe was outstanding in helping me every time!.. I become a loyal customer here and I would recomend anyone that needs new car tires ,balancing, and wheel alignments to come to this place ! I tried many other bussiensses before meeting this shop ,and no one came to the level of professionalism, good pricing and customer service as this bussienss. Just finished putting a set of 4 brand new tires on my suv,and Joe was super professional,did the wheel balancing and also new car alignment as well ,and everything was done fast and quality !

The guys at VIP helping me with a wheel balancing, tire rotation and alignment on my 2006 GMC Sierra. The truck was shaking pretty bad on the freeway due to a previous balancing at another shop. They fixed the balancing and gave a great alignment. Truck drives straight as an arrow and very smooth now on the freeway too.

11/26/2025 Despite original mishaps, Joaquin is a stand up man and was able to provide further solution. The owner did Shout out to Joaquin for his patience and effort in attempting to fix the problem. 09/15/2025 They let me take off with a shaky tire up front. They did my brake pads in the back and left a loose washer in one of the screw, causing an extremely loud noise. I have been back twice to report the issue. Each time, they didn't bother to check out any potential problems; instead, they found ways to deflect the blame and completely ignored my concern. 09/22/2025 Response to the owner: First off, thank you to the employee who told me to change my brake pads. Secondly, your response aligned exactly with my statement that you guys lack accountability. Because of you, it costed me an extra $165 to have a mobile car huy to rotate my rear and front tire. You could have at least drove my car around and see what noise I was talking about. The extremely loud noise came from a washer missing in a part at the rear tire. Either You guys didn’t put it in or maybe it was missing in the first place and you didn’t tell me.

These guys do TERRIBLE alignments. I brought them one of my cars 3 times and they never got it right. I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe something was wrong with the car so i brought them another one of my cars and again they did a HORRIBLE job. Nice guys but they are not good mechanics
