yo no recomiendo este lugar porque lleve mi carro alli con ellos duraron con mi carro un mes cuando me hablaron que ya estaba listo fui por el y lo dejaron peor el carro se me apagaba hacia mucho ruido el motor les llame que el carro lo habian dejado mal y me dijeron que se los llevara para atras lo lleve duraron otro mes con el en arreglarlo y la semana pasada fui a recogerlo y el carro esta peor no me lo arreglaron me lo descompusieron mas y ahorita me carro ya se descompuso mas no recomiendo este lugar porque no son honestos

My wife was 250 miles from home when the check engine light went on. She was scheduled to make the trip home to Anderson Ca the next day. I called Rene and he said he thought that he could help her. Upon her arrival, he showed her into his cool warehouse, gave her a comfortable chair and later, one of his staff made sure she knew where the restroom was and offered cold water. The problem was solved in about an hour. The bill was very affordable and fair. Being a woman alone, my wife felt safe and cared for by the staff at J Auto Service. I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. Rene does not stand behind his work. He recently replaced a clutch in our car and did not tighten the axel bolts properly. As a result, the car was damaged and cost me $800 to be repaired by a quality repair shop. Rene did not accept responsibility for the damage he had caused due to his negligence. He refused to reimburse me for my expenses to repair the damage he caused. DO NOT take your vehicle to have it serviced here. You may save some money up front but it will cost you even more later.

What a great guy! Rene is a genuinely nice guy who goes to any lengths to fix your car and get you on the road soon. He is trustworthy, and as a woman taking her car to a mechanic.... that means a lot! I've brought my car to this shop for several minor issues over the past few years and Rene always provides excellent work. I've developed a rapport with the him so he always educates me on the problem and process. This is where I go for all my car maintenance needs because there's a trust factor you can't get anywhere else. Years ago, I had an Acura with a clicking noise on the front axle. Took it to a mechanic that was closer and he said it would be an extremely expensive replacement or the car would breakdown on the highway. Called in to J AUTO and got an inspection and honest opinion.... nothing serious was wrong with it.

These guys are awesome! They were very thorough during their inspection and they let us watch and ask questions during the whole thing. The place looks a little sketchy given it's tucked back behind a driveway. But once you meet the guys who run it, they are nothing but kind and helpful
