The owner I believe his name is Brian I didn’t quite get his name Iknow I’m horrible :/ , but he’s the older gentleman he’s so polite and generous he fixed my car and gave me an amazing offer and I’d highly recommend him and their shop he’s very patient and fast and friendly service ! They work on my Volvo a Transmission oil change and flush. When I got it back everything looked ok but two days later the line at radiator came lose and fell off I lost 4 quarts of oil. Transmission has now started leaking there was no leaks before they worked on it. I've taken the car back twice to have these problems corrected. I have had no luck getting them to fix their mistake. Update: They replaced my transmission the labor was on them. I paid for the transmission. The transmission was old so I am very happy that they took responsibility for the oil leak that damage the transmission and shortened it's life.

I did lot of repairs and service with Johnny. Though I replaced the brakes recently, the brake fluid was never replaced. I learnt my lesson that don’t go for cheap.

Honest. Trustworthy. Reliable. Fast. Car done on 12/07/17. Brought my Subaru @ Stevens Creek Subaru and the technician said to get the alternator done elsewhere because of the age of my car (2001) and cost ($800). I checked online and found Hung Auto Repair (near where I live.) Direct from the dealership, I went to Hung and he took my car in, fixed the issued that same afternoon with 1/3 of the cost. WHAT A SAVINGS! Tom was super sweet, speaks great English and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use him for future maintenance! Thanks Tom and Crew!!!!

Ive had bad experiences with auto shops before and Hung Auto took care of me and communicated with me every step of the way. My car needed the started replaced and I had purchased one that was the wrong size. They let me know immediately and I was able to find the correct part within the hour, dropped it off, and they finished the service all in a day. Johnny helped me with my Prius to replace all 4 pads and rotors. Very professional and trustworthy. While inspection issues with ABS system were found and he looked out for me to provide the best value option available and spend extra time without charging just to get problems fixed. Amazing ownership! They are very honest and fair in pricing. My Dad and I have been coming here for over 20 years. They literally will not charge you a dollar if they inspect and find nothing wrong with your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable, kind and hard-working. You can buy your own engine oil if you want and they will charge only $30 for labor cost, which is very comforting! I bring my vehicles in anytime I want to make sure they are working fine and they are an extremely efficient and ethical business. I trust them with any make or model. I speak with Johnny here, but they are all wonderful and HONEST people at this establishment, which is very refreshing knowing that a company exists that will only charge you for repairs they discover ❤️. One time I brought my vehicle in because I thought something could be wrong with it and they checked it and said it is working fine FREE OF CHARGE! I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE! I will definitely be coming here for many more years to come because trust is very valuable when it comes to human interaction and the actions of these great people proves it in their service performance and pricing!

I take my truck to get an estimate on the lights. That area where the shop is so congested I was hesitant on leaving my truck but did anyways. I took pictures of the truck in front of the shop at 8am on the day I left it. They said it would only be a couple hours. They had it all day and didn’t hear from them so we went to the shop to find out status at around 3pm the tech said Johnny wasn’t there. I had no intentions on leaving it there overnight so decided just to pick it up. If they were too busy they should not overbook. When we get home which is only like 5-10 mins away I noticed two scratches on the truck that weren’t there that morning and I have the pictures to prove it. How dare Johnny say I was trying to pull a fast one on him. The pictures clearly show the scratches weren’t there in the morning. This was dad’s truck and he took care of his things. He passed away last year and I inherited the truck so it really bothers me that they refuse to take responsibility for the damage. After yelling at us and accusing us of trying to pull a fast one on him Johnny said he would have his body shop take care of it but I’d have to leave the truck. I WILL NOT leave the truck with them again. I said I would take it to his body guy but he refused. Make sure you take pics of your vehicles when you leave it. Obviously they don’t care if they damage it.
