The quality of my service from when I walked into this shop to when I walked out was amazing. Tommy helped me up at the front and got to me quick with great customer service. I was in and out of the shop with a brand new windshield at a great price in less than three hours. I had a bad humming noise coming from the top and bottom of my windshield and was told that my windshield installation prior to coming was put in wrong and they fixed it and showed me the correct installation. I was recommended by my mom and it definitely did not disappoint. Thanks so much for all of the help today guys!

LET ME JUST SAY WOW! These people are amazing. I needed my window fixed and he showed me every step on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed which made me so comfortable. Tony the owner then went out of his way to find the piece I needed for a cheaper price since my car is hard to find parts for. He then fixed my car the next day he received the part. I did a lot of researching before selecting A1AGW to apply Llumar ceramic IRX film to our ‘25 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition. In the end, it was their 20 years in the business, Tony’s non-pushy demeanor, their Yelp rating & 884 reviews, the photos of their clean shop & customer waiting area, lifetime warranty, and reasonable prices which made my decision easy. Tommy did the window film install and made sure I was selecting the best tint shade for my needs. They laser cut all window film for your windows eliminating the need to trim film on your vehicle. They also added the sun strip to my front windshield for me. I ended up going 35% on the front windows, 25% on the rest of my side windows & rear windows, and my sun visor strip was 5%. The job turned out perfect! I If you want to apply window tint to your vehicle, at least give them a call or get an estimate via Yelp, you won’t be disappointed. I guarantee it! I’ll post photos after the ceramic film cures after 4 days to accompany this review of mine.

Another Excellent Experience Just like my previous visit, the communication was smooth, and the quote process was quick and straightforward. The staff is very transparent with their pricing, which is especially important for vehicles like a Tesla Model 3 with its large rear windshield. Their expertise is clear, and they’ve truly earned my trust and continued business. The shop has always been clean and well-kept, and that standard remains consistent. The team is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about their clients and community. The tint work was excellent—the staff clearly know how to work on Teslas. Been doing my homework for a couple weeks. There are a lot of sketchy shops out there, but you get what you pay for honestly. I stick with LLumar because I have always been happy with the results on my last few cars. Just moved back to SD from Florida. I had a great shop there and needed to find a local business to get get my windows tinted here. I found A1 Auto Glass & Window Tinting in El Cajon. They have competitive pricing, great reviews, and they stand by their work. That is all I wanted and I got it. Trust me they do a lot of businesses too. A1 is the only place I would take any of my cars. My wife's car had a chip on the windshield from a rock on the highway so I stopped over to see Tony and the team. Like always PERFECTION. I have pretty bad luck with windshields let me start with that . At review , it’s my 3rd time back with A1 Auto and I do have to drive some distance to get here but here I am again , this time for 2 small cracks caused by highway pebbles . ( before was windshield replacement x 2 and tint ) Aside from great customer service their price is fair and reasonable . Main thing is Zena and Tony are fantastic people to work with, good recommendations and advice no nonsense to the spot . This is an overdue review to where it is due , I hope I don’t have to be here anytime soon after 3rd visit but if I do I would come here and highly recommend this place .

Great guys that got my cars in for small jobs and did excellent work. My jeep got a busted out hardtop window, offroading. They replaced it and ceramiced it for less than the dealer price for the glass. Then I took my bug to the fpr ceramic on the front window to protect the interior - they were able to match up the ceramic as well! Excellent to have these things completed!
