I had an appointment at 9am took my Mercedes in they told me 2 1/2 hrs to get my car back....i randomly call around 2:40 of my car was ready and i was told they haven't even touch my car. I am not sure if this is how they help us the customer's... I am very disappointed and mad i wasted all day couldn't do nothing on a busy 24th ...for nothing..🤨 I will give this dealer another chance hope next visit is (((alot))) better

The biggest problems with Mercedes Benz of ElCajon, they don't perform their services and they're very shady about how they do it. I took my car in because there was a leak in the trunk which shortened out the amplifier. Now if you buy a new amplifier from Mercedes Benz you will spend it in excess of $2800 for a new amplifier but you can find the same amplifier on eBay or 2nd hand for like $200. But of course Mercedes Benz they don't want to install I amplifier you find for a lesser price than a brand new one.

I went in for service and a nice young man said I think I know the problem. To save gas the car shuts itself down at a light then restarts itself when your ready to go. I can't stand that feature. I shut it off everytime I get into the car. Thanks so much, sorry I forgot his name. Good guy tho.

They matched Kearney Mesas prices for brakes. A difference of almost $100 dlrs. Service dept is in the gift shop and gal was helpful. No wait. And the coffee bar is always a plus. High quality here.

Their ok but the customer service is a hit or miss depending on who's working. You can tell the old timers who take pride in this company vice the newer employees. They do good services and offer brand new loaners while your car is being serviced...upon request.

This is the second time of bad experience in this place. First one was year ago. Was waiting with scheduled appointment 45 minutes just to drop off my car which took 5 minutes with service advisor. Picked up was the same the man was walking around to bring my car for 30 minutes after I paid and take care of all paperwork. 2 days ago I call and ask if they have availability for appointment for our van , the guy on the phone said yes bring it today at 12 15 . We was there about 12 05 this but service advisor was on lunch. So someone else take care of us , it was not that long like last time. On the and of the day I text and ask how’s my car doing. He said the don’t have time for my car so maybe tomorrow. Okay . I call on the end of the next day and guess what. He said there pretty busy of there so maybe next week? What? I had appointment, I need car for work and he told MAYBE next week. I was really upset. Service advisor name is Bryan . Today we came to pick up our van to take different dealership . We came there no one on the front desk, there is one service advisor on place busy with people that was 11 pp o’clock. Hopefully Brenda come out and help us , she was really nice . Also she went to bring our van because there is no worker over there. I really appreciate her help. Very nice person with nice attitude. She know how to work with people. Thanks Brenda

I what to give a very low review to Jose Jimenez.the sales person who didn’t took the time to ask me questions about my car. he act like a smart one and give me the wrong antifreeze for my car. I been there may time in the past years and he not even check for information in the computer like they always do.

I took my car in to get it detailed. They were kind enough to give me a ride home Now here comes the rub. They called and said my car was ready so I went to pick it up only to find out. The Detail job was medicor at best. There were swirls in the hood, white powder from the wax on the felt around the sunroof, 2 razor blades laying in the back seat. Now comes the real reason I gave them 1-star. The front grill had been pushed in and the center emblem broken which they first denied any responsibility. I ask to see the I pad photos the service writer had taken and it proved the smashed grill happened on there watch. They did fix the grill and replaced the emblem. In their attempt to keep me happy they refunded the 250.00 that was paid by me for what turned out to be in my opinion a bad detail job. I promised them I would not be coming back. I would not recommend them but can be the judge. Good luck

They obviously have a lack of skilled employees. I needed to take my car back for the same problems multiple times. They also keep the car too long to adjust or repair any warranty issue. The service advisor is always superb, which balances their weak issues. The employees are always pleasant and respectful .

Brought my car here for a regular service appointment as i usually do. The last time i brought it in there was some door adjustments to my vehicle that required a technician to break apart the door and put it back together. When doing so they stained my upholstery and i was given my car back dirty. I went back expecting a different experience and was surprised that the upholstery wasn’t cleaned nor the detail i was promised due to the experience hadnt been completed. Instead I waited about 10 minutes before anyone greeted me in the lobby and 30 minutes after being helped to be asked by an associate “your cars coming out of the wash” then 10 minutes later was told “were looking for your car” When i was given my car back it was completely filthy. I am at a loss for words and frustrated of course.

Having owned Mercedes for several years, and dealing with a few service advisors I can advise the avoid this service department at all costs. I took my vehicle in for regular service and to have them look at a few issues prior to the vehicle coming off warranty. The first issue I had was water dripping from the interior of my trunk after a car wash. I was initially told that my vehicle had been in a rear accident (which it never has been) and if I wanted them to look at it they would charge a diagnostic fee. I then reported that there was a creaking while going over speed bumps and was told that it was due to my brakes being slightly worn and recommended replacing them. I told them that the creaking was occurring when the brakes were not being pressed. The service tech stated my vehicle was driven twice and unable to hear what I was talking about… my vehicle was never moved as I am able to remotely see my vehicle move and receive alerts when my vehicle is started, the mileage remains the same. The service dept manager and director were contacted and both failed to return calls. I contacts my previous MB dealership and they themselves stated to go get my car and take it to a different dealership as MB of El Cajon seems to be seeking money and they are repulsed that I have been treated this way. Stay far away, that’s all I can say.

I recently took my car for service and had a great experience! Right from the start, Joshua Childers was super friendly, professional, and attentive. He really took the time to listen to what was going on with my car and explained everything clearly. I felt like I knew exactly what was happening and what they were going to do.
