I can't recommend Pierre enough! My sister put me in touch with him for a full deep clean, detailing, and window tinting on my new (used) car, and he absolutely nailed it. The car was in a bit of rough shape when I brought it in. It smelled like the previous owner, had some old peeling stickers that looked like they wouldn’t be easy to remove, and one of the seats had a nasty stain from a spill. By the time Pierre was done, it looked and smelled like a brand-new car. He got me in right away and had everything finished the same day, which was such a relief. Super professional, fast, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I'm beyond happy with how it turned out! My subie is now ready for all its new accessories to be installed. I got my truck and wife’s SUV Detailed with Pierre and Sammy at LAV and the work was amazing both came out basically brand new. Interior work was perfect and exterior was even better, I brought my wife’s SUV back to get PPF and the attention to detail was unbelievable. I’ve known Pierre through the car community for a few years and have built a friendship with him. I recently purchased a very special BMW 1M that needed tint and I took it to Pierre/Lav Auto without hesitation. I am extremely picky with who I have work on my cars and make my decision based on who I believe will do the best work, not just who I’m friends with. If you need tint, PPF, or detailing, Lav Auto Customs is the place to go. Pierre and Chris are certified pros who really know their stuff. They’re both super knowledgeable and take pride in their work. I brought my S2000 in for PPF and tint, and the results were amazing. The car looks flawless, and they even threw in a free detail as a bonus. What really stands out is how accommodating they are. It’s hard to find honest and skilled shops in El Cajon, but these guys deliver top-notch service and genuinely care about the quality of their work. Alright so first off Pierre and Chris and their team of technicians are by far some of the most professional individuals I have met. They have always been super transparent with cost, labor time, and the end result is always outstanding and exceeds my expectations. I have had two vehicles tinted by Pierre’s team. Both have been exceptional. When I purchased my Lexus (didn’t come factory tinted), I felt like I was in a fish bowl, I NEEDED to have the tint done NOW and FAST. I was impressed with the work done on the Mazda so I knew who to reach out to. Well, it turned out so well I came back to them to get my chrome delete among many other aesthetic upgrades. The best part is that they have a full auto shop at their disposal……….so up went the Lexus when I got my new performance exhaust. Again I can go on an on about how impressed I have been with everyone’s work at Lavs. I will always return, and I recommend them to anybody who needs tints, wraps, details, ppf or a place you can trust to have your car worked on.
