I've had my car for almost exactly 10 years. Never had I ever had to take it to the shop. I was sceptical to say the least. I botched a VANOs replacement on my e46 m3 between the week of Christmas and new years. Driven the whole thing cross country only to find it was broken. Dropped my 435i off due to some intermittent battery drain issues. The issues were addressed and the gave me the option to fix other items that needed attention. Tony and Ilya are very quick to respond to questions and provide awesome customer service! I have peace of mind and confidence in my BMW again. Thanks for the great service, I'll definitely take my car back for service beyond my capabilities! Update: Brought my car back as I said before. They recommended some repairs last year and I put it off. Had my oil pan gasket replaced this time and it was a quick turn around. They are honest and don't push repairs if you don't want them, but they do recommend repairs on things they find. Very honest and knowledgeable. If I have any other issues I'm definitely returning to Driiven SD, they have earned my trust! Thanks to Tony and the team.

Ever buy a car specifically because you knew there was a great specialized, independent service available? That is exactly what we did. We’ve owned BMW’s in the past, and loved them, but found BMW Service Centers lacking, to say the least. We found DrivenSD many years ago and could NOT say enough about the service we received. Fast forward 3 and a half years, we are at the BMW dealership and see an ideal used car. It was much older, and we just didn’t want to have to deal with the dealership but remembered how GREAT Driven SD was. BMW’s are not inexpensive to maintain, and they have to be maintained by people who know what they are doing. Now, the dealer did state it “passed a multi point inspection”, but was selling the car as is. Sort of a catch 22, really. We called Driven SD, made an appointment the next day, and paid for a pre-purchase inspection. While the car was low milage, in great visual condition, and drove great, we again leaned on our previous experience with Driven SD. Some issues were found, including a minor oil leak, a brake line that was un secured, and a minor suspension issue. The dealer, again had said “passed multi point inspection”. Well, we’re glad we paid for the pre-purchase inspection. Did we buy the car? Yes. We received a discounted price from the dealer when we pointed out the items that were found, and knew exactly what we are getting into with a very nice, but not so young BMW. We also knew we could get reliable repairs that were not astronomically dealer priced, done by an Independent service that has a proven history (read other reviews, they’re consistent). In fact, we literally purchased the car and took it to Driven SD the next day. This isn’t some mechanic shop that slaps a BMW sticker on the window and calls them selves specialist. And it’s not a speadylubewhileyouwait 19.99 special place. Reputable, reliable, knowledgeable and has the well earned confidence of many people. For us, enough that we could buy a car we loved, that is admittedly older, but in the confidence we know where it can be reliably maintained. Absolutely recommended, years ago, and today.

Once again Driven SD has gone above and beyond. I got a dashboard message "Brake system: need to replace brake pads" so I called them up. They provided estimates for front pads only, front pads w/rotor replacement, rear pads only, and rear pads w/rotor replacement. They also provided a courtesy inspection and found the engine belt had a chunk missing and needed replacement. I appreciated them setting cost expectations and ensuring safety standards. They also had the car ready the same day. All in all great service and cost.
