I was on my way to visit family for 4th of July. They live in Rialto but I didn't want to travel that far from San Diego because I had a slow leak in my rear tires. I went on Google maps looking to see if any any places were open and majority of them were closed. (Which seems logical because it's the 4th of July). I saw that "Tire Choice Auto Service Centers" was open and that they had good reviews so I decided to go. It was a great decision, I see why they have great reviews. In and out without any hassle or overpricing...just good people who treat you like a human being rather than a ticket/number. Joshua and Jose helped me out(two cool dudes). I will be coming back for sure and I would highly recommend that you give them a try, you won't regret it. P.S. If you call their number make sure to click number 2 don't click number 1 (just a little tip)

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your El Cajon location. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for 5:00 PM and even left work early to make it on time. Upon arrival, I was told by an employee named Josh—who identified himself as the manager—that they “didn’t have enough time” to service my vehicle. When I explained that I had an appointment, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude, being told to simply reschedule. This wasn’t just poor customer service—it was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Furthermore, during a previous visit, I brought in my 2018 Maserati Levante for an oil change and specifically asked if your team had the equipment to clear the service light. I was told you did, yet the service was incomplete because the El Cajon location lacked the proper tool or scanner to finish the job. These repeated failures show a lack of respect for your customers’ time and trust. I will not be returning, and I intend to share my experience publicly so others know what to expect. If customer satisfaction still matters to your company, I expect someone to reach out and address these issues. Sincerely,

I've had negative experiences at this place in the past. Also I've heard negative this about this place. But working with Josh has been amazing and I can see that he is doing his best to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with anything you need. I've gone here recently for a timing belt and water pump. Got my power steering pump done and my starter done here and Josh has been very helpful to make sure it's done right. Keep up the good work

If I could I give a ZERO starts!! Extremely disappointed Experience, Stay away of you value your Time and Safety!!! Purchase a set of tires through Amazon and had them shipped to this location. Called the store for appointment and the manager was extremely rude, dismissive and spoke to me in condescending manner. Despite this I proceeded with the appointment, I had a 9 day wait appointment (11AM). On the day of the appointment I arrived at 10:45 AM. However I was told that even though I had schedule time, I would be required to leave my vehicle until at least 5 PM. This completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment in advance, particularly with a 9 day window. At that point I decided to take my tires with me rather than leave them at that facility. What further reinforce my decision was the state of this store and its surroundings. The facility was unorganized and dirty, and I even observed individuals smoking marijuana directly outside the premises. Such an environment is not only unprofessional but raises serious concerns about safety and quality assurance. This was not my first negative experience as I have had with this store. Approximately eight months ago I encounter a similar disappointing situation, but I chose to give the store another change. Unfortunately, this recent experience confirms a clear lack of management accountability, and professionalism at this store. No one should have to experience the level of disregard and unprofessionalism that I did.

How do you win customers and get 5 stars business: 1- Be courteous on the phone 2- Do not be rude 3- Listen to the customer's problem 4- Offer discounts when applicable 5- Take care of the technicians 6- Fix the problem This is in a nutshell of what happened with me from the phone to the signing the receipt. I can't say enough of how nice the front desk and the technician were. Am bring all my cars here for sure. Coffee machine doesn't work.

Do not go there unless you want your vehicle destroyed and nobody to compensate you! Took my car there to get my axle replaced and they opened up my transmission instead and went to town prying the thing with crowbars. Talked to corporate and they so called investigated my claim and is taking the managers side that pocketed my money instead of putting it in the register and did not give me an invoice. I paid $300 to get a $10000 headache! They didn’t even attempt to put my car back together he was in a rush to get my car out so his boss wouldn’t find out because he didn’t want to lose his job!

Jay was great! We had our 3 vehicles serviced and honestly for the first time after going there for many years, even before the shop changed to Tire choice, after every oil change for some reason my tire warning ⚠️ on my dashboard always comes on. I was advised to drive it a while and the light will come off but it didn’t and it took 3 visits to get it fixed. I informed Jay about that issue and he assured me that it will be fixed. This time, I drove off after having my maintenance done and surprisingly the warning ⚠️ did not light up! Wow! Thank you 🙏

The manager told me my car would be ready in an hour. I've been waiting for three and a half hours and it's still not ready. I have to pick up my daughter from the hospital. What a terrible company. The four tires will remain in good condition for the owner for 4 hours.
