I took my van in due the possibilty change of spark plugs and wires. I informed the mechanic that was on duty (who identified himself as nick) of what it may be. Nick advised me that before he does anything he needs to run a diagnostic test of the vehicle even though i believe it is the spark plugs. I left the vehicle there mean while i did other errands. I get a call from Nick stating that he did the diagnostics but its going to be too much money, but did not tell me what it was nor how much will it actually be. I told him I will pick up the van since he does not want to give me the details of the repairs. I arrived in person and asked him again what it was and how much its going to be, Nick stated that it may need a tune but it will be too much money. I feel that he did not really check the vehicle and stoled $75 from me. It is to my understanding that when an auto repair shop conducts a diagnostics they are required to give all details for the repairs and an estimate which this shop failed to do so. I dont like mechanics taking advantage of people by being dishonest and careless so I have reported this to the BAR!

Extremely rude to costumers, they treated people and screw you over with unnecessary costs, they will leave your car worse or the same as it was before. Andy is untrustworthy. Keep away from this place. Scammers!! You will not get your money back and take months to even settle a case.

What a hack Andy is. First told me that my thermostat was in located in a position that would take 4 hrs to replace, when in fact it was at the top of the motor above the water pump like i had stated. He just wanted my money. Replaced it in 20 minutes myself. Then proceeds to tell me that I need a new coil and spark plugs due to a misfire. He changed those parts and nothing fixed the problem. I didn't pay his invoice and took my vehicle elsewhere. They diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes by putting my truck on a live data readout and found an injector now working right. I thought that mechanics were supposed to be able to actually diagnose a vehicle instead of guessing. Oh, and my ladder is missing from my truck. He said it was in the bed, but it's not there

He helped me get my 2007 Saturn back on the road - saving me hundreds of $$ in the process. He went out of his way to help me & could have charged me a lot more. 5 Stars all the way.

We had an amazing experience here. Andy is very knowledgeable and HONEST. We towed my sons car in, it had a number of issues, instead of ripping us off for thousands in repairs that may not fix the car completely, he advised us to get rid of the car. We did end up selling the car to someone who could fix it on their own. I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends.

If you need an honed, no b.s. and skilled mechanic, Andy is your guy! We got a cylinder misfire issue on the way from Phoenix to San Diego for Memorial Day Weekend and he took in the car immediately, showed me exactly what was wrong with the parts and replaced them at a reasonable price. Very quick and friendly! Highly recommend!

My car's engine undertray became detached on a road trip and was getting worse by the mile. I pulled into Nick's, explained the situation, and Andy - who had a great attitude - immediately got it on the lift. Not only did he completely secure the undertray with new screws and fittings, he inspected the entire underside of the vehicle to make sure I was in good shape for the drive back. All of this took less than an hour, and he charged very little for the work. A+

We had our two small children with us and were desperate for help so we could get on our way.
