I went to A1 Auto Service twice, today is for a simple oil change for my wife's car and my truck. Karim is very respectful, nice, and is most definitely cost efficient. My exhaust system is completely silent now and it wasnt as expensive as the leading mechanic shops. Come to A1 Auto Service on Joy Rd. It's worth a try guaranteed!

Very straight service. Honest and professional owner/worker. They give you a great service that matches what you pay. Compared to other places where they rip you off for no adequate service, this place has been great. I changed my brakes 2.5 years ago and now time to replace it. I had no single issue. Whereas, I had to take it frequently to Bell-tire to fix tire rod over and over and they keep charging. I got the work here done very efficiently and I believe it will be less headache.

My car had a problem stalling. I was told I need a flush to quiet down the top lifter click I've had in my engine since I bought the car. I also paid for the highest quality oil they had(which I was told looks like recycled oil) When I got the car back, I tried to drive it to school and it stalled down the street from my house. The job they did was a mess. Oil everywhere. They even left a rag and the cap to the oil container under my hood. I will not be returning.

I’m going to give them five stars not just because they are polite and got good customer service not just because their prices are very great and they will work with you and not just because they won’t take advantage of people that are in need. It’s all of those things. They are amazing what other mechanics told me I will have to pay a lot to get fixed. They only charge me a fraction of the cost. I’m going to refer everybody. I know to them because they do the job real well and fast they deserve five stars.
