I bought a 2012 honda accord from here and have been driving it for a month now and boy is it fantastic. It's feels like I bought a brand new car off the lot. Customer service is amazing. My headlights were not working and they replaced with no extra charge. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone buying a used car.

The absolute WORST customer service you'll ever experience in your life. Unprofessional, chaotic, dishonest and ignorant towards customers. Whatever service you need done, they'll tell you a time frame then you'll need to wait 5-10 TIMES yes TIMES the promised time.

Very unprofessional Sayeef, I had to pay for his own mistake. I only wanted my back windshield tinted as it was tinted before, and my rear windshield got replacement, so I went there from a referral of my cousin. They charged me 60$ I am not complaining about the price but when they tinted my glass, they make the rare windshield brake light visible which looks not right to me as my full glass was tinted before. When I told them to redo it, they are asking for the 60$ I asked to redo it for 40 $ but they don’t want to do it. They want customer to tell them first what to do and how to do it. As they are telling me It’s a law to make the brake light visible, but I have been driving my car tinted from last 3 years never had a problem before. Its up to the future customer If you want to go their and do your tint done. I am satisfied with the tint, but I am not satisfied how they put their fault on customer.

Hawk Auto in Hamtramck did a beautiful job tinting my windows. They also installed a backup camera I needed, and even referred me to a mobile company that made my car key with a remote. Great service, fast and reliable—highly recommend!

Sold me a car said it drives good no issues but when I got there he was getting it washed else where so car was warmed up before I can see it. Next it drove fine but had kind of burn smell from something thought it was wet exaust or something. Take car home and next 2 days plus in a row starting the car says low oil pressure turn engine off🚩 So I have my mechanic check it out . Burn smell is from manual transmission clutch being burnt up and car need new engine oil pump 1000s in work that need done DONT BUY FROM THEM
