I had such a positive, professional experience here. I am going to come back here now for all of my maintenance and repairs. Mike was so kind and professional. He answered all of my questions and he did a great job making sure I understood what was going on w/my car, he even offered towing services if I didn't have my own. After I didn't have the best experience with the warranty company, he offered and made all calls with them. He made sure to check my ENTIRE vehicle not just my initial repair issue. Mike even gave me maintenance tips for my car. The way they accommodated me, made my frustrating situation not so bad after all. Thank you Mike 😊

This shop is amazing! I visited their location on 12/10 with completely worn brakes. They completed a thorough inspection and informed me the price would be $650. Sadly, I didn’t have that available to spend due to the holiday being so close by. The attendant went above and beyond, they were willing to negotiate payment. Not only that but they also offer financing! The work was completed in a timely manner and I am super impressed with the quality. Do not hesitate to stop by for ALL of your car needs!

When I say A-1 service I mean it. Customer service was excellent. Work done on car was excellent. I needed windshield wiper motor and price they gave was reasonable. They not only fixed that but also told me I needed rotor and brake work done. Two days later I'm back!! You can't beat the price and the service. I took a few business cards to pass out. Been going here for awhile now, they have worked on all my vehicles and I've sent my family here as well because of the quality and there honesty. Two years ago I brought my red Colorado here for a wheel bearing after being quoted 1000 to 1500 at numerous shops (though I had the parts and could do the repair myself, I couldn't get one stubborn bolt out of the control arm) they hooked me up 270 out the door. I got my truck back the next day and as I was waiting for "the catch"....it never came! I looked over there work and it was good work. They never even pinched the abs line 😊😁, I was shocked. I will never go anywhere else, again thanks guys you are awesome 👍

Short version: I suspected issues with my evap or either purge valve. Complete Auto did a THOROUGH inspection. Everything was fine. They didn't try to charge me random fees for anything either. I'm a single woman, shops sometimes try to take advantage. Also, while I was there, they took really good care of a senior, something I truly appreciate. Long version: I've been smelling gas strongly from my car(2014 srx) ever since my purge valve was replaced by another shop two years ago. The gas is burning faster too, and my heat sounds like the wind. I was sure there was an issue with the purge valve or either my evap. Complete Auto did a smoke test, inspected spark plugs, scanned my vehicle for any codes, they even checked the under body. They found nothing wrong under the hood. They took me to my car and showed me that my strut assembly needs to be replaced. Brakes and rotors too. They explained the brakes can wait but told me to take care of the struts ASAP. They gave me an estimate for that only. There was no trying to squeeze any extra money out of me for anything. They explained why the heat sounds like the wind and that it's not worth the money to get it fixed. They told me I have good heat and I take care of my car well. I paid for my diagnostic and I'll be back soon when I have more time to replace my struts. On another note, there was a senior who was short on his repair costs. He asked if he could come back later with the money. Mike kindly told him, we trust you to come back. As the man was walking away, I offered to pay half the cost. As I was paying, Mike waived the other half. He told the man not to worry about coming back. Complete Auto is a good place. These people are honest and humane. They take good care of their people and especially their seniors. I will continue to do business here.
