I had a really bad experience at this place they’re unhelpful and really rude the owner is a bad guy he’s so rude and they think if they have mechanic certification that means they’re professional mechanics AND THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL NOT RECOMMENDED If they change their business to a grocery store it’s a lot better for them .

Al and Sam did an absolutely incredible job for me, I came in with no brakes, my pedal was sinking all the way to the floor and now, after the repair my brakes are like brand new and my car stops at the drop of a dime I definitely recommend this shop for anything car related I love it!

Excellent customer service. I came in for a quick oil change. It only took about 10 minutes so I waited in my vehicle. It was a bit hot out and I couldnt run my AC during the oil change, so one of the thoughtful staff members brought me a cold bottle of water. That made my day. Thanks!

I went in for a basic oil change and ended up having to tow my car twice—first back home and then to a mechanic—because they damaged it and couldn’t figure out what they had done. I literally came in for a simple oil change the day before Thanksgiving. As soon as I paid and tried to leave, my car suddenly stopped working. They had no idea what they did wrong, and instead of fixing the problem they caused, they asked me to tow my car. The owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was left without a car for about 10 days and had to pay another mechanic out of pocket to repair their mistake. The mechanic confirmed that they had emptied my transmission fluid while doing the oil change and didn’t even realize it.

we called Castle Auto, and we spoke to a gentleman named Sam, very professional over the phone. We told him our concerns and we had a budget. He promised us just come on in so he can take a look at my vehicle. We went to three different auto shops for quotes and he beat all three . Very pleased with his service 👍 We will definitely be back. Sit down lobby. It was very cozy. Nice TV , leather couches never seen a bathroom so clean before. I highly recommend this place.
