One word: AVOID. Bought a NOS ACDelco hydroboost brake booster from their website in an attempt to avoid a reman unit. It was labeled as new old stock which it was clearly not the case. In addition to the condition being not as described, the unit was damaged in transit due to the lack of proper packing material . Zero contact with BTS after I raised the issue to the point that PayPal had to intervene. I now get the privilege paying to ship the part back to BTS Broadway Transmission. Hopefully this review may save you the trouble that giving BTS a chance caused me. Avoid this company online and in-person as I can only imagine the quality of services performed by those with a clear lack of effort and ethics must look like.
