Great mechanic . The owner is top class. They are very busy it’s better to call ahead before taking your car in . Usually takes a few days to get your car back otherwise would’ve been a 5 star rating . Highly recommend .

I took my truck to get fixed because it wouldn't start and he fix my truck for about $700 then a couple weeks later I take the truck back to get the AC fixed and the truck when it was given back to me was the same way as it was before it would not start with the key I don't know what happened but he changed some sensors I didn't tell him to change he chaged my alternator he said mine was no good but when the bass hits from my amplifier with the one he swapped it with my lights be dimming. I am out of luck a lot of money and he don't want to fix it I don't know why he broke it but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Worst mechanic shop ever they will scam you I took my car for one problem they charged me 700 it stayed with them for 2weeks and it came out with the same problem and 3 other problems that I never had and they told me it was something else I have to change and they wanted to charge me more save your money and car and go somewhere else

This mechanic shop is a rip off. Don’t get fooled by the owner’s nice words. Sneaky place. They overcharge for basic things. They won’t tell you what is wrong with your vehicle, even though they know what the problem it. They will “test” and tell you to replace something that is not the problem. The owner comes off as a nice guy but he over charges me for basic things because I had no other options. There is one young guy who is very aggressive especially if you try to ask any questions or have a concern, he will become agitated. I have NO IDEA how this place has good reviews. I was in this shop few times and every time a different customer came in to complain and argue with the owner about something.

I recently paid to have an oil change and a valve cover oil leak repaired at this shop after the lead mechanic assured me he’s a master mechanic for German vehicles. I’m currently sitting in a different mechanic shop, where they found dirty oil, and the oil “replaced” during that oil leak repair was about 2 quarts overfull. The mechanic at the current repair shop showed me where there’s still oil leaking from the engine. So not only was my car not repaired properly, there are new, subsequent problems that came from the disrepair - a problem with a coolant leak that may stemmed from the problems that Dix Auto either ignored when I asked them to fully assess everything, or that they cared when they didn’t repair the oil leak properly. Come here if you don’t like having money. I’m at least $1,000 in the hole due to negligence here.
