Really great people! Service it’s amazing took my car to them after a mechanic told me my car won’t start no more after lots of parts were changed. Every staff member is honest and talented mechanics. Always there to help me out and my parents. We will always go to them. I have bought 2 cars from them and will buy my next car from them. They can do everything there and will be reasonable on prices. I highly recommend this shop as they are awesome and caring!!

Im not the type of person to leave reviews but i have to with this one. This was/is terrible customer service… Insurance fraud against my car was committed at this shop by JR.. he claims he returned the money after we had already settled a plan with the owner. this is something ill have to call my insurance about to double check.. this is just one of the issues that showed their unprofessionalism. Insurance fraud is obviously illegal at any level. This was thousands of dollars worth.. spent on JRs personal time. (Which he admitted to) I could sit here and go into all details of the multiple issues we’ve faced the past couple of months within this shop, but I’m just going to say that this is absolutely not a trustworthy shop and they will over charge you on anything you bring. Even labor they claimed to be done (and that obviously got paid to be done) was not completed.. which resulted in the vehicle to continuously break down leaving my partner and i very confused and in unfortunate situations because we were being lied to. I recommend getting a second opinion from another shop to make sure you’re not paying ridiculous amounts of “labor” and would also recommend to be in close contact with your insurance company because JR claimed to not even know my vehicle or my partners name to our insurance company.. which he had talked and met with him multiple times for going on 2 months now. Just ridiculousness through and through with this shop. 1 star is still too much.

JR and Luis were helpful. I own a ‘18 Honda CR-V and while I was out of town I had them service my car for the usual maintenance as well as inspecting for a AC issue my car was giving me. Everything since then has been amazing. Definitely coming back and have even sent friends their way.

I went in to get my serpentine belt put on my car and they told me I had major oil leaks so then they went along with the "repairs" $2387.56 later I still have oil leaks ( they told me they replaced all the seals) and they can't help me because I don't have a receipt. I asked if the man can look it up he said it's on me to find it but they will be happy to take the car I just will have to pay again. They have good personality great talking skills but as for services no don't go here.

I went to align my car because it was wearing out a tire, it was the only fault I had and it should be noted that I let go of the steering wheel and the car did not move, it turns out that I ended up paying $410 and now my car is worse than how I took it, it has already been 2 times, it is not aligned because according to them the chassis is twisted and they could not do more, now my car goes to one side, the steering does not return and I have stability problems. Personally I feel cheated and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I have absolutely never had a better experience in a business, EVER! completely unbiased as I called other shops and they could not get to me, but they said to come on it. I have felt like family to them, came in with my cat, and they treated me and roman(my cat) like more than family. I can't wait to stop back by just to say thanks. This place is AWESOME! The mechanics are great, the service was great, and the cost was lower than the other places I checked. I dropped my car and had lot of work done. The boss is so friendly and nice when he greets you.He is very reasonable on prices. His team will get you in and out the same day without any problems. If they find a problem while fixing your car they will let you exactly what it is you need done with pricing. His employees aver very nice and helpful as well.

I have had the worst experience with this shop. I’m a single mom so I’m not even really sure who 2 even go to. I don’t like a lot of people fixing on my car either. The first time I got my car fixed was for the stablik light. They fixed it for 957.00. However, shortly after the light came back on. So the 957 I spent was a waste it seem like. He advised me that it was the wiring that needed to be fix. Now here is where I’m like hmmm. I advised him that I couldn’t go over 1500. He never gave me a price on how much it would be. He made sure he charged me all my 1500 even though the part he needed for my car was 125.00. He charged me over 1100 in labor fees. He said it took 11 hours to fix my car & it didn’t. They had my car over 5 days and was sitting outside. I drove past the shop everyday so I could see if they were fixing it. I called and he advised was waiting for Cadillac to call and once they did my car was fixed before the end of day that same day. The car guy who does that type of work I was told he didn’t work on Saturday & of course Sunday was closed, but they still had my car. I finally told my dad & that’s when I realized they got over on me. My dad was mad that I didn’t come to him first, but he’ll I’m in my 40’s what do you expect. When I went to pick up my car he wouldn’t let me pay with my debit card he told me cash only. Then on top of that he didn’t give me a receipt on the break down he just gave me receipt saying I paid 1500. However on the 9something he gave me a receipt with break down right away. I don’t understand why I couldn’t pay with my debit. I went to another mechanic & should my receipt and he advised me as well I got took advantage of. I told them from the get go I got trust issues already. I bought the car & the light comes on after I bought it. They had rigged the wiring. It’s so hard for me to trust people. It’s just funny how I told him I can’t go over 1500 then he made sure he charged me all 1500. Now I understand why he changed out my coolant reservoir that had no issue for free. Once they changed my coolant reservoir it gave me trouble. It started bubbling! My car wasn’t running hot but the coolant reservoir would bubble. So they did something bc it wasn’t doing that at all on the old one. Now I also took part in it messing up more stuff on my car on this one bc I drove it. I really didn’t want to take my car back up to them at all. I finally broke down & advised my dad again & he took it someone. They fixed it I had two cracks in something. It’s just been a big mess for real. I picked up the receipt for the 1500 work on June 20 and the receipt wasn’t even ready. He made the receipt when I went in putting in stuff. It should’ve have been already in the system. I’m so mad at myself for real. I asked him why he wouldn’t let me use my debit he said he wasn’t going to answer me & to have a good day. He asked me why am I asking questions about my receipt which is werid. I should be able to ask any questions about the receipt. Things just seem not right. Like he did pull a fast one on me. That’s so messed up. Karma is real! You shouldn’t do people like that. I already have trust issues with people & this made it even worse. I will never ever in this life go back to this place. My experience wasn’t great at all. This is why I should’ve just went to my dad & let him handle it from the get go. Lesson learned….

Came here about a month ago to get my front hub bearing on my driver side done. Started back making the original grinding noise about 3 weeks after getting it replaced. Was on the way to another shop only for my entire wheel to fly off my car. I really wanted to give these guys a good review. However I'm left without my car. The bolts snapped off due lug nuts having too much torque on them.

I came to the shop just to get a tune-up, but the mechanic offered to do an engine diagnostics. The mechanic that I gave permission to work on my car was not allowed to work on my vehicle. My vehicle was driven off the lot without my permission and severely damaged. The owner completely dismissed me and refused to acknowledge the damage that they had did to my car. I just wanted a tune-up and now my vehicle is completely undrivable. If you do decide to get any work done at the shop please monitor your vehicle and be proactive. If one of his employees causes damages to your vehicle the owner will not accept responsibility for it. Ladies please do not trust this man. He's very much crooked. Please contact your attorney general and request a consumer complaint form and if you do not have funds to acquire a lawyer you can contact legal aid and they will provide assistance.

Awesome staff. They got my 2018 cadillac escalade esv electrical grimlin resolved in a very timely manner that two other shops wasn't able to fix. Staff very friendly and communicated what the problem was and cost to fix. Had my vehicle back in two days..

We brought our car in for repairs and were charged a significant amount. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. This was a frustrating experience and not what we expected from a professional mechanic. I would not recommend this shop. Payless Auto Sales

This shop did a radiator repair and just unser a year later it was leaking as per my mechic and took it to them and they said no its fine i recently learned the firting they have on it is not correct and i called to tell them this and they told me no your car is becaoming a problem and we arwnt going to do anything. There is a warranty and this is their work so they should fix this. And now they won't answer when i call and i was calm and disnt yell just explained the issue. And this is how i am treated? This is not how you treat customers and this is a problem that came from your work...

I like it that he told me $200 bucks to repair my air conditioner. I had two seals leaking. They put them in. Then they recharged the system. He said I lost a little bit of Freon. I took it to precision tune off Northwest 23rd last summer apparently they just put Freon in it and didn’t check for a leak plus they charged me $450 just to put some air-conditioning Freon in and not fix the leak.
