I can’t say enough good things about this repair shop! I’ve brought in three different vehicles over the past few years for repairs I couldn’t handle myself, and every single time, they’ve exceeded my expectations. The quality of work is consistently topnotch, and I really appreciate that they use OEM parts, something that’s very important to me. They’ve always been upfront, honest, and their pricing is more than fair. On top of that, the turnaround time is quick, which is a huge plus when you’re depending on your vehicle. In full transparency, I’ve known Kevin & Janet since high school & they’re both great people—but I recently took my vehicle to them at A2Z for some brake work. Always taken care of. Even when things happen unexpectedly their guys are quick to jump in and help weather that’s sourcing parts or physically working on things. A2Z repairs is a great shop. They operate with a high level of efficacy and integrity which is truly appreciated when dealing with auto repairs. I literally rode my car til the wheels fell off. I had a 2007 Range Rover Sport with over 289,000 and they have serviced my vehicle for many years. On this last visit they advised that while the car could be repaired, they would not be able to stand behind it working well with repairs and declined to do any further repairs due to the age of the car. I know other shops would hv repaired and sent me on my way to get the money. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I also asked for their assistance in salvaging the car which they gladly took care of. They sent me the money for the salvage which was actually more than I got calling salvage yards on my own. Thanks A2Z. When I find my next car, you will still be my go too. They are professional, and polite. They communicate well with you during the repair process, they do quality work and are generally pretty fast getting your car in and out with appointment. Happy Customer!

Update, new location, new attitude and it wasn't good. Took my Audi in today for a repair. The service rep at the desk addressed me blankly as though what I was asking for was absurd. I simply said my Audi has a air suspension fault and I was bringing it in for service. Granted I had been here recently for an oil change and had really considered making this my service vendor of choice for my Audi since my other choice was much more inconvenient to get to. Any way, the rep said let me check with the technicians, walked away and then came back and said "OH they said they dont want to mess with that". He then stared blankly again as if to say why are you still standing there. I understand if the technicians weren't comfortable or couldn't provide service and would have actually been impressed by that level of honesty but the dismissive and cold customer service added to that totally spoke of poor customer care. It seemed as if I and my car were a nuisance. . I guess A to Z means any A except Audi. Closer or not, I will choose another provider

if I could give less stars I would. I brought the truck in to get an idle fluctuation fixed. After 2 weeks replaced a part. That didn't fix the problem, so they wanted to do more work. Weeks of no communication and me having to continuously call to try to get someone on the phone to give me info. I was told they are still trying to find the problem. after 3 months of very little and difficult to have communication, I was told that they couldn't figure it out and for me to come get it and just pay for the part. that was fine until I got there to get the truck. they had it sitting out back for so long that the battery (less than a year old) was dead and there were so many leaves on it I couldn't see the bed liner. The truck barely ran when i got which is 10x worse than when I gave it to them. Also, to top things off it appears that someone use the tailgate as a cutting board, because it has a ton of gouges in it. basically after 3 months of no communication I got my truck back with a dead battery, running way worse, gouges in my tailgate, and still had to pay them. if i had the choice of setting the truck on fire or let them work on it id choose the fire. the truck wouldn't be drivable either way but at least the fire would be faster

I had an amazing experience with A2Z Auto Repair. I had taken my car to two other shops and was told it wasn’t worth fixing and that I should just sell it. I wasn’t ready to give up on my car, so I brought it to A2Z — and I’m so glad I did. From the start, the customer service was outstanding, especially David. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They treated my car with care and brought my baby back to life.
