I had the pleasure of having my car serviced for an oil change at AAA SURPRISE auto repair center. They honored the coupon I was able to find on the AAA website they made mindful suggestions but no high-pressure whatsoever. Ron is outstanding incredible personality and the shop is lucky to have him! Also, Josh did a wonderful job on my vehicle. You could tell he takes his job seriously vey professional go and in a timely fashion as well I will definitely be coming back!

From my first experience with this center, to my most recent last week, has been 5 star. No exceptions. The work has been for necessary service; no up marketing as I’ve dealt with at dealerships. Service associates, especially Mike who I’ve chosen as my go-to person, have always been friendly, informative, and professional. Service has been completed expeditiously. Work has been effectively; got the results as promised. No drips. No leaks. Clean vehicle at point of service. The shop is clean and comfortable.

Recent service work including wheel bearing and hub assembly, engine oil pan gasket, and several filters. Clear explanation of necessary service and cost. The wheel bearing and hub assembly part component was missing an item. This required Mike, Service Writer to make a pm trip to Phoenix to obtain the part which was not shipped with the order. This response by AAA enabled my wife and myself to make our schedule trip to Tucson. Is my go to place since I moved to Sun City West.

I just received an older model vehicle with over 100K miles from a family member to use as a second car. Mike and his crew did a thorough inspection and recommended what needed to be done for me to get another 100k miles from my vehicle. The work was done in a timely fashion and at fair price. My AAA membership has been very valuable to me for the past 20+ years!

Tires rotated, cabin filter and oil change. Check-in was done by a very friendly person. He explained very clearly what was the cost and what service was needed next time. Waiting area was nice and clean. I am definitely returning for my next service.

This is one of the few places that offers walnut blasting of the valves for GDI engines. The engine is so much better and improved gas mileage. Sadly they did not use Mercon LV transmission fluid and overfilled the transmission. We noticed the transmission shudder half way to LA. We paid a small ransom to have the dealership in LA perform a full 12 quart flush with the correct fluid and level. Hoping this 400 miles did not destroy our transmission 🤞🏼 They also overfilled the coolant above the max line. Buyer beware and check all fluid levels before leaving. I usually do this but sadly I trusted and didn’t verify 🥲

Ron and Mike the front desk guy’s are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to ascertain your complete satisfaction. There are no hidden costs nor pressure to use their service shop. Plus, they offer Lyft service for transportation, meaning; no waiting at the service facility. I appreciate this no nonsense approach over previous service shop experiences.

Good experience. my serpentine belt partially snapped on my mazda 3 just a block away from the triple. They were able to take me in that day. They gave me a ride home, a fair price and my car is working great. Ron the manager did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done to fix my car.

I had my truck towed in to this shop because the alternator had binded up and ripped the belt off. The work was suppose to be done under warranty. This shop called me after looking at it and told me that my water pump had broken and took out my alternator and belt. I knew that wasn’t true so I towed it home put an alternator and belt on it myself and it runs fine. They also charged me $220 for a diagnostic fee. This shop truly tried to take money from me by lying to me. Do not take your vehicle here. Find someone reputable that will not lie to you.

Got our service done quickly and for a decent price. The front desk guy was friendly and helpful. He did have an issue with getting the correct price into the system, but eventually got it worked out.

I have used this place a couple of times for small maintenance services ( oil changes / air filter swaps , ect ) But they are starting to feel like every other auto scam garage! I have an oil change appt . It’s almost $80 , I say I have your $59 full syn oil change coupon. He said ok ….. but it only honors 5 quarts and yours is 5.7 quarts so I have to charge you for difference . Im like sure 👍🏼. Charges me for extra oil . Charges me for labor 2 times ! Charges me for parts . Then charges me for shop supplies. Total ended up being back up to original quote of $79 !!!!!???? I know inflation is real …. But c’Mon that’s ridiculous!! If you don’t like honoring your coupons then don’t run them ! I’m really disappointed with AAA and this experience! I hate doing car stuff as a women because of these experiences right here ! I should have just let my husband pick up my car !! Sidebar: they send generic reply to reviews to seem like they are addressing issue ! When in fact they aren’t ! SMH

AAA on Bell Road in Sun City West did a fantastic job hunting down the issues keeping my car from passing emissions ( plus they found a seal on the motor was about to fail and replaced it ). It wasn't the fastest because GM makes the Encore a car you have to drive about 250 miles before the code would clear but they kept at it like I would've done and you can't ask for more. They were fast to repair but the code was stubborn due to GM's flaw. The service manager Ron was about the nicest person in a shop I've ever met who had to sit behind the counter listening to people all day and that made it all worth the wait as he had someone drive the 250 miles just to clear the code so they could bring it back to emissions for me. I highly recommend you visit AAA on Bell RD for all your service needs.

Horrible!! I'll keep this brief, but the bottom line is to stay away from this place. They quoted me $1,800 to replace the alternator in my truck and tried to get me to replace the air filter saying it was dirty when I replaced it myself six months ago and have barely driven it since. They tried to tell me the alternator alone cost $900 but I could get a brand new one from the dealer for less than $600. It shouldn't cost more than $800 to replace the alternator, parts and labor included. I declined to have them service it so I had the truck towed back to my house so I could do it myself. When I got my truck back, there was grease all over my seats, the plastic around the steering column was removed and never put back, and they lost the screws to put the plastic back on. They said they would try and rub out the grease in my seats and they would put the plastic back if I could find the screws for them. I wouldn't trust them to do anything right at this point. I ended up changing out the alternator and belt myself in an hour and a half for $400 and I paid professionals to deep clean my seats. YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS PLACE!!!! ***UPDATE*** Don't be fooled by the "Response from owner" assuming they're following up to make it right. They're just doing that to make it look like they care. I emailed them the same day and have never heard back. You'll see in other reviews that say the same thing. They are as shady as it comes. Disgusting.

NEVER let Triple A sell you a battery or batteries. Have them tow the car to a mechanic or dealership you trust. They sold me bad Jeep batteries in Feb 2025 and April 2025 and then said both batteries needed to be replaced at the same time. The repair shop said he would help me when his manager got back on 1/5th. Well 1/5th came and he said the same exact thing, but for the next morning. On 1/6th I called and asked point blank are you giving me new batteries like he alluded to. He said no because the batteries were testing fine. Yes, that's usually the case when you charge up the battery. It's been dead 4 or 5 times since they installed the batteries. They are letting the warranty expire and not correcting the issue. NEVER USE TRIPLE A FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOWING. SCW Firestone Auto and Tires is trustworthy and less expensive than the dealership or Triple A. That's why they have all the awards they do.

On my Acura RLX, 10 years old, the starter began to not engage. It would take a couple of tries to get it to start. I found an Acura service bulletin on this problem. I took it the the AAA service thinking that if it is a AAA service it most be good. NOT. I gave them the Acura service bulletin and discussed it with them pointing out that it said to use an updated starter motor, and they agreed to put in. After paying over $800 dove it home and it was working great. I rarely drive this car now that I am retired. After 4 month I was about to go some where and when I tried to start the car a loud screeching noise happened sounding like the starter motor had not disengaged from the engine and was chewing up the gears, I shut it off right away. It was so loud my wife came running out of the house wondering what the sound was. I tried it again it did start but while it is winding up, it just didn't sound right. I took it back to AAA and they checked it and agreed it did not sound right. They checked it out and now they want over $5,600 to replace the bad starter and replace the torque converter that is now damaged. After arguing with them and getting now where, I decided to purchase a rebuilt torque converter and have them replace the start under warranty and use my torque converter saving me $2300. When I went in to pick up the car I asked to see the starter motor they took out and make sure I get the torque converter back for the core refund. Both the stater motor and torque converter teeth were all chewed up. The kicker here is that the first starter motor was not an Acura motor, they used an after market from Duralast instead. The new one is now the correct updated Acura starter, which should have been done to begin with. So their argument is the the torque converter was “probably” damaged before, even though the original starter wasn't kicking in and that clearly the replacement starter that failed and was not disengaging. I ended up paying them over $2700 after they reimbursed me for the original repair plus $370 for the torque converter. So I do NOT recommend them.

Customer care is fabulous at this place, from getting me home and picking me up a few hours later, the timing was just perfect. Since I know little about cars, I do not know how good the actual 60,000 mile service was. It was a pleasure dealing with the AAA Surprise Auto Center and I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Would highly recommend to avoid this repair shop! They were going to triple charge me for a part over the dealership. They are also unwilling to help with conflict resolution when having just put in an AAA battery in September to get refunded and return this battery since it was not working for my vehicle and ended up having to buy auto manufacturers battery. Head my advice and avoid at all cost and price shop before you go there!!
