Love this place everyone is so very helpful and understanding to your needs. Ron was main point of contact and I must say he is an amazing guy, he went above and beyond for me, he is the main reason I will be recommending this company over and over again. If you need service and wanting to be treated properly, GO see RON and the staff. They won't disappoint!!! (if I could I give this company a higher star rating) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ x👍🏼👍🏼

Very personal. Answered my questions Got our Jeep finished when they said they would. The price was what they quoted. We're happy again.

Service team was very good as they worked on my old Cadi. Kept me informed of progress and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. I'll definitely bring my car back when needed, and check out some of the standard car services they offer, which I didn't realize AAmco does these days.

As a women going to get your car looked at can be stressful just due to people taking advantage of the lack of knowledge they have for cars. I have never left a review for any business before but i was so completely move by the amount of help i got. They were able to help diagnose the problem and realized it was something that could be done for free due to my warranty on my car. Most companies would’ve taken any chance to get money out of this situation. For this reason, I now have trust in taking my vehicles to this location for now on. Thank you so much!

I have gone to Ron's shop for around ten years now and I absolutely LOVE having him and his team for my mechanics! They just recently fixed my mom's Nissan that she couldn't get multiple Nissan dealerships to get right. Fixed what they couldn't and beat their price of their estimates for even more work to do too. Once and done. When I got out of the Army in 2008 for a few years there I was getting shafted left and right by mechanics trying to keep my 98 Windstar and 95 Thunderbird going. Took them to Ron's shop and getting shafted was over. I found an honest man running a great shop. Through lean times as a single dad getting one son through high school and another through ASU engineering, his shop offered a credit line with 12 months interest free. Saved my ars. As times became better he didn't see my new truck(s), yet lol, however he did keep my older cars running. Even my old 1981 Jeep CJ7, "Scratchy," running up the back way to Crown King to Prescott and back. Not as fast as the new trail stuff today but people out there love seeing the old "straight axle" still getting it done. Such a nice feeling to take my old guy out there and know I'm coming back. All thanks to Ron. Thanks Ron for fixing Mom's Nissan up. Scratchy coming in soon for some more upgrades. :) and my now 90k 2019 Silverado, "Tombstone," will come around and get the love he needs from your crew for many more miles. And let's not forget all the references you've helped for me too! I'm not sure people realize just how valuable a good mechanic is to have around. Thank you so much Ron. If your vehicles need work and you're tired of the shaft shop, you know where to go; Ron's AAMCO.

Initially, my experience seemed great. When my vehicle was towed to AAMCO, it was forgotten about for 3 days before it was even diagnosed. I was told it was towed to the back of the lot and the tech didn’t know it was there! Then it sat for another week waiting for the transmission to be taken apart. Now the transmission is put together, but needs to be installed. Was told would be done before the weekend and now it’s going to be another week. I have received 1 phone call and have had to call to get any information. Should have read the reviews before I had it towed here. Hopefully I get to update this with some better news. ***update: finally done, will be picking up soon and providing another update. ***update: seems to be driving fine. Was told that it could be a little off during the first few hundred miles and to bring it back in after about 10 days.

Based on my recent (Aug. 2024) experienced Ron and his team did an excellent job rebuilding my transmissions on my mercedes-benz c300 I do trust just any mechanic to work on my car. Runs like new so far no issues. Ron is good at keeping me up to date. I knew this was going to be a big job and I understood the time it would take. With this kind of job I prefer they take there time and not rush. I read some of the reviews prior to taking it there and it did not sway my decision to not go there. I also understand some people can be very picky and difficult to work with, and have high level of expectation. I appreciate all his efforts and advice. Will keep him in mind for auto needs or recommendations. Ron you awesome! Truly.

Take your vehicle to Aamco Surprise and speak with Ron specifically if you would like to spend thousands of dollars and pick up your vehicle in worse shape than when dropping off. They will completely ruin your vehicle and then deny it and not stand behind their work. They are the absolute worst business my husband and I have ever worked with!! We were given a quote to fix our AC. They kept our vehicle a total of 9 days and then surprised us with an out of pocket cost of a new compressor in which we supplied for the company. Needless to say we got the vehicle back blowing warm air and also exhaust smell coming through the ac when ac is running. When we told Ron of the problems and needing to be repaired correctly Ron stated it will cost more money. My husband said we have already put in $2,300 into the ac and it’s not fixed like we were told it would be. Ron then said that’s $2,300 dollars worth!!! Excuse me! We paid $2,300 for it to still blow warm air and smell like exhaust. These clowns are scammers! Please read reviews before choosing this shop.

I run a small self-employed business. I have taken two of my vehicles into AAMCO transmission. I always deal with the manager, Ron. I think he's a great guy. He is always on top of things. And my repairs have always worked great. And most of the time the cost comes under his estimate. I refer my whole family. I have been to many mechanic shops. I find he does the best job for me.

WARNING READ THIS FIRST… Ron the Manager of AAMCO @Grand ave/134th Dr & Bell Rd. seemed like an upfront guy at first, but once he had possession of my car then the Demon came out. I took my car in too learn that an $800 dollar "Valve Body Job" would most likely solve my problem. After which it had sat at the shop for three weeks before they even started working on it. I had called them and went in several times to request an ETA to no avail. At one time he was boldened enough to tell me "what do you expect the car is broken". On the third week I received a call from Ron that they will have my car ready before COB that day. Ron proceeded to tell me that he needed to find a receipt of an additional part that my car needed and that he would add that to the cost of my bill. When I arrived to get my car out I viewed the bill (which was just a hair under a $1000 dollars). The additional part was listed on the bill. I then asked to see the receipt for that part in which he previously claimed he had to find before adding it to my bill. He then got belligerent with me. While he was briefly in the process of searching for the receipt that he ultimately couldn't come up with. He was then quite perturbed and decided that he would not take any of my credit cards and insisted that I pay cash. He then instructed his guys to impound my car in a brick wall storage yard that was just across to the front of his office. Nonetheless it took me several weeks before I could raise the cash to get my oiled stained dirt ridden car out. To my worst nightmare, after paying close to $1000 my car still has the same problem as before. Warranty or not do I dare take my car back to them to honor that warranty to loose it for another month or possibly have another $1000 bill? What's so obvious is if you've ever been to this AAMCO shop it looks like a salvage yard with what appears to be abandoned dirt ridden cars strewn up and down the lot, to a point where it doesn't afford any parking space. You can verify that on google map. I guess I'm not the only one to have had my car impounded by Ron's mischievous acts of terror. WARNING TO THE WISE - Don't get caught in Ron's trap…Said the Spider to the Fly. I'll see you in COURT Ron! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HERE IS MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER!! WARNING...DON'T BE FOOLED!! HERE IS ANOTHER REVIEW I FOUND IN YELP BY ANOTHER RECIPIENT This AAMCO Transmission Shop @Grand Ave/ 134th Dr. & Bell Rd. is run by a Manager Named "Ron Krzyzewski" If you haven't noticed in their website REVIEWS. Most of the positive reviews are FALSELY MANIFESTED. If you notice these positive reviews have multiple review counts against them. This is a misleading attempt to boost their favorable ratings and mask their true assessment. You can view a more accurate rating for this shop at "YELP SURPRISE". YELP will give you a true assessment of Ron's despicable acts on unsuspecting customer's. In Addition, if you also haven't noticed at their WEBSITE PAGE the reviews are self generated by them and their is no way of adding a review at this site. So all you see is their self generating positive reviews which gives unsuspecting customers a false narrative of their actual performance.

🚨🚨🚨Please avoid this place🚨🚨🚨 how ever you can , I got a full transmission rebuild left my truck for 3 week with them, cost me almost 5000$ came to pick it up there was a transmission fluid leak again and they will over charge you for unnecessary repairs, please don't ever trust this people. And the manager Ron is the fake person ever he seemed nice at first he even will offer you free towing ( which is not free) but as soon as you refuse and extra service on your car he's true side come out and act crazy. 👎👎👎

After being referred to Ron at this location, I felt confident bringing my vehicle in, especially since my AC had given out and I needed a new compressor. While waiting for my vehicle, I skimmed through the reviews—something I hadn’t done before because of the referral. To be honest, reading them made me panic, as many were negative. However, my experience turned out to be completely the opposite. Despite bringing my car in as an emergency, it was repaired in a timely manner. The cost was, of course, a concern, but they helped me secure financing, which I knew I’d need no matter where I went for this type of repair. The customer service was excellent—I got answers to all of my questions and felt reassured throughout the process. Although I did have to call for updates, it wasn’t excessive, and they kept me informed far better than other shops I’ve dealt with. I didn’t feel like I had to pester them for information. In the end, I feel confident about bringing my vehicle back here in the future.

Ron and his team at Aamco have given us great customer service several times that we’ve been there. It started with a transmission rebuild on a pick up and while it was there they also replaced a leaking brake line that could have been dangerous if not found. Next we had them put motor mounts in our Durango and gave us a much better estimate than the dealer. I highly recommend Ron and his team for good fast service for a fair price. Thank you all at Aamco.

I've brought my vehicle in twice now for different issues and have been very pleased with the service I received. Ron has been great. Very knowledgeable, straight to the point, and gives his honest opinion. I recommend you give this place a try. Just know they are going to take the appropriate amount of time to make sure things are done right. Very busy shop and Ron does his best to keep you in the loop with what's going on with your vehicle.

We brought our 2013 Ford Fusion S to AAMCO, Surprise, AZ and spoke with Ron Krzyzewski. We informed him that we experienced a delayed transition from 1st to 2nd gear and a jolt from 2nd to 3rd gear. The vehicle was triaged and determined the transmission required a rebuild. Due to the year and make the vehicle, parts had to be ordered from a different vendors. We just received our car back yesterday, January 27, and drove it for the first time. We were incredibly overwhelmed With the performance post rebuild. AAMCO offered a very attractive warranty on labor and parts. AAMCO only had the vehicle for about a week and a half (mainly because parts were coming in from different vendors). We are looking forward to the 10 day recheck! Thank you, Ron, Jonathan, and AAMCO Techs!!! We are incredibly grateful for the workmanship and professionalism you extended to us. We appreciate your transparency, honesty, and integrity as well. We will definitely refer others to AAMCO, Surprise AZ!
