Oil change was good. Of the 6 employees that I saw, too much standing around. Which slowed the delivery of customers vehicles. After my car was pulled in to a bay , I sat in the waiting room for about 20 minutes before anyone took my info, while 3 employees stood outside the exit bay talking.

Cabin air filter. Would not even tap it out. Not what I would expect for $125 for oil change. Because I said not to a new filter they had to try extra hard to get the filter back in with the dirt still on it. Just turn it over and tap the inside of the garbage can. I will go somewhere else - I was a loyal customer. Not now.

This was the worse. One and a half hours for an oil change! I resorted to standing in the entry drive and telling every potential customer my story. I turned away three. I will never use Jiffy Lube again. They put the “iffy” in jiffy.

This was the worst experience since I've been coming to this location for service. Everything continues to deteriorate, including: quality/completeness of service, apathetic attitude of staff, inattention to detail, condition of the waiting area, and satisfaction of customers. Since posting, I have been contacted by the store owner, and was pleased to be able to provide him with details of the experience. I believe that he will be taking steps to monitor the situation and make necessary corrections. This merits another visit for me. Thank you sir. Update: 10-12-2024 After the owner's call and gracious discount coupon, I gave this location another opportunity today. I'm pleased to report that service was markedly improved from prior visits. There was a new female manager who was courteous, friendly and provided much better customer service. The associates also seemed to be happier, more efficient, and I observed them paying close attention to detail. I'm pleased I decided to return. Update: 10-08-2025 As you can see above, I have had mixed results at this location, but return based on ownership feedback and opportunities for improvement. This visit was no different. The routine functions were done in a timely manner however upon inspection of the cabin air filter I elected NOT to have Jiffy Lube replace, I found it had been reinstalled improperly, damaging the filter and allowing contaminants to enter the clean portion of the system. I replace engine air & cabin air filters myself and while I understand why they routinely pull them to have customers inspect for potential replacements, I would prefer to be given that option in advance. There were greasy fingerprints on the grill & hood and oil had been spilled around the filler neck which had dripped down onto hot engine components without being cleaned up. Photos of both below

Went to get an oil change this morning. Anthony did not greet me. He rudely told me to put my keys on the dashboard and go inside. While I was turning my car off and rolling up my windows, he came back out and barked at me not to roll my window up because if the doors lock they would not call a service to unlock my car. Wth dude I know it's the holiday and yall get busy during this time, but I was the only one there. You dont have to talk to people that way!!! Practice your customer service skills!!! You dont have to be rude Anthony!!!

I received an email with a 15% discount on select services. When I brought my car in I told them what I eanyes done. They pulled the car into the bay and starting checking air filters and then came out and asked what I wanted done - I told them drain and fill of brake fluid. At that time they told me they don’t do that service there and that I needed to go to a full service place. Seems odd that was not noted earlier.

This location installed the wrong oil filter in my car. I was leaving to take a trip out of state and my oil all leaked out on my drive put of state. I handled it myself so I was safe but when I returned, they offered to go to Auto Zone and get the right filter and give it to me. My vehicle is 2 years old and a common vehicle. No excuses!
