Jason was helping me during my visit. He was professional and quick to help me with my flat tire which , at that point, was beyond repair. The tire I used was hard to find but luckily they had it in stock. Not only he helped me put a new tire on quickly, he also offered to sell me a set of lug nuts at a cheaper price than the one I paid from Autozone. Thank you the team and your professional service. Thanks for saving a broke gradute a ton of money.

Costco tired center on waddell is horrible. Especially the shorter older guy with beard covered in tattoos. I finally had to choose to go elsewhere but anytime I did go, I hated being in line knowing he was up to "help" us. Hes just very rude, doesnt smile and makes you think your bothering him. I would be extra nice thinking he was just having a bad day and nope its just his attitude. Hes not there to interact and be friendly and god forbid you ask more questions and need additional help. I ended up driving 30 minutes away to another costco and got problem solved quickly but what ive noticed there is the men dont like the women questioning anything. They will talk down and make u feel like u dont know what ur talking about. I just dont even bother getting tire service there and go to local shops and getting treated with so much more respect. I Still love costco overall but skip the service center

What a horrible experience on 1/14 I went to Costco to get new tires for my outback wanting BFG trail terrain tires and being heavily swayed in to getting the Michelin x tour AS tire even though I said multiple times I wanted BFG so I looked online to see that Costco offers a 30 day exchange on tires if you don't like them so fast forward to 2/12 today and I have been absolutely let down by these tires for the type of dive I do and they are clearly NOT the correct tires for the job so I felt horrible about having to call Costco about exchanging the tires and when the tire center answered I started the call by saying "I'm looking for BFG trail terrain tires in 225/65/r17 do you have them in stock?" They gave the typical what is your vehicle questions then immediately tried to hard sale me on the Michelin tires again I was blown away this must be how they are trained. So at that point I explained that I had purchased the Michelin tires after being hard saled like he was doing to me at that very moment and that I was unhappy with them and would like the correct tires that I wanted the first and second time I tried to get them and he said Costco no longer has a 30 day exchange policy and that I am stuck with the Michelin tires. I am in shck that a company like Costco has now turned into a hard selling no return or exchange company even the manufacturer of tires offer a 30 day exchange yet Costco gave me the cold shoulder after my experience I want to warn everyone about the tactics they use if you don't believe give them a call and ask for any tire and watch them puch these michelins on you.... Costco do the right thing and exchange my tires please.

Destroyed my rims on my tesla. Over $500.00 to fix. They told me that is was curb rash and that it can not happened when removing tires also that it came in that way. I just had the rims refinished 2 days prior the car was in the garage not driven until the new tire came in and ready to install. Costco is 3 miles away..

If you care about the rims on your car I recommend finding tires somewhere else. Also, they destroy the tires when they take them off my front tires still had 6 mm of tread depth which would still have a lot of miles left on them. They told me while removing they put holes in the tire so they could not give them to me. I wanted to keep the tires just in case if something happened to the new tires so I would have a replacement tire.

The tire center manager, Jason, is always so helpful. I have been to the Surprise location several times both for tires and a nail in my daughter’s tires. He is very knowledgeable and willing to help. I highly recommend the costco tire center especially in Surprise.

Low Tire Light came on as we arrived in Surprise Arizona from Phoenix Arizona. I had heard that there was a new Costco w/Tire Center in Surprise Arizona . I bought my tires at Costco in Phoenix so I knew they would take great care of me. I went shopping and finished checking out just as the Tire Center called about the Low Tire Light. The change in Weather had triggered the Low Tire Light. They had checked all four tires for road hazard problems, proper air pressure, and Safety of the tires. No problems were found. Left one of my tires covered in the lube to inflate the tire. Overinflated one tire to where it hit 43psi on the freeway (when cold it was maybe 38). Recommended is 33... Max on the tire is 44. I saw some red flags walking in but ignored them and probably shouldn't have. They even forgot to do the services I asked for and got distracted by a nail in a tire... Nor did they remember to charge me. I'll skip this one for now on. (Ended up having to put them on my own lift, check all the torque and inflate the tires properly). I go to these places so I don't have to do it myself.

Very pleased with my experience with the Costco Tire Center from start to finish. I went online shopping for tires, knew exactly what I wanted and found them more than $100 cheaper with install and warranty than others. Purchased online on Friday, got a call Monday they were in and could be installed same day. When I took my Durango in was quoted an hour-hour & half for the install. The hubby & I wandered around and did some shopping and by the time we were done so was my car, less than an hour. They even reinstalled my spare! No hassle, smooth process, very happy!! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing and easy experience from start to finish. They answer the phones, answer your questions and guide you. I ordered my tires online, scheduled an appointment for installation, confirmed my appointment and couldn't be happier. I walked out after dropping my car at 10:08 am and they called me that it was ready at 10:41! The service people were Amazing! I like that I can get the tires rotated and balanced while I shop in the future. The Surprise location is really wonderful. Great job guys, keep it up.

Update*** thought to myself this cant be right. Called back a couple months later and got different info. The price they gave me this time was way lower then the first time they said they cant transfer the warranty, which is fine. The original price was 4 time higher then it really was. It took it in and they did a great job. Not sure who I talked to the first time. This was several months ago. I forgot to update the post. Neighbor bought tires before selling her vehicle. I noticed a tire balance weight on my garage floor. Called costco and they said warranty does not transfer. I said not even quality of work since the weights are falling off. He said they hammer them on, and I told him they were stick on weights. He said they had a bad supply from their supplier and offered nothing. So if they cant stand by their work and tire products they install, I can never support or use them!

Absolutely terrible service. I went in for a simple rotation, and they claimed I had “cupping” and needed new tires at a low low cost of $1200 for 2!! Plus, I “probably “ needed” new suspension. They wouldn’t even do the rotation. Complete waste of my tjme and a blatant attempt at highway robbery. I later went to another shop and they noticed zero issues. These guys are so lazy they don’t even want to do their rotation service, which they only offer every 7500 miles! I will NEVER purchase tires from Costco again. They did something similar on our car too. Complete trash service.

I have been buying my tires at Costco for 13 years because of the promise to check my tire pressure anytime. At this Costco they have an air station outside in the parking lot where I have to check my own tire pressure. I’m a senior and that is not an easy thing for me to do. Plus I can do that at any gas station so why go to Costco? I will now buy my tires wherever I get the best deal and an honored promise of service. I am no longer loyal to Costco for my tires.

Ordered tires online for my Highlander. Bought 4 Bridgestone got $80.00 off for a great price. Made an appointment online. Tires arrived earlier than expected so I called them and the guy says I can come right now. Drove there and they had them installed in an hour while I ate a hot dog and read newspaper. Test drove to Gold Canyon and back tires rode very smooth and quiet. Love these tires and service from Costco and the peace of mind knowing I have a 5 year road hazard warranty with over 600 Costcos nationwide.

Updated to add: DISCOUNT TIRE WAS ABLE TO CORRECT WHAT JASON WAS UNABLE TO!!! After THREE FAILED visits to Costco, JASON WAS UNABLE TO PROPERLY BALANCE OUR VEHICLE!! Discount confirmed that EVERY SINGLE NEWLY INSTALLED TIRE WAS OFF BALANCE BY .75. At this point, either Costco has faulty equipment, or the negligence by Jason and his staff is intentionally done. ——————— Had a poor experience at the Buckeye tire center and decided to try this location. Had purchased four new tires, but needed four new TPMS sensors and the vehicle needed to be balanced. Called on 7/11 and got a same day appointment. Senors were successfully replaced but I was told the balance was fine since it was brand new tires. Spoiler alert: the balance was not fine. Called and spoke to the manager, Jason, on 7/12. He was quick to help rectify the situation, but not before telling me I “needed to calm down”. This was after I made it clear that I am coming from across town, for a second day. When Jason originally answered the phone I said “I had my vehicle in there yesterday for a balance but after driving it this morning I don’t think the service was completed” Jason said “of course it was!! We balance all of the tires that come in and out of here” I said “then why did your service guy tell my husband a balance wasn’t necessary, when we specifically brought the truck here for balance and sensors”. Needless to say, the front left tire was not balanced correctly. Despite two Costco locations having serviced my vehicle specifically for these tires. It’s not wise to tell someone to calm down when you’re compromising the safety of their family on the roadways because your staff is too lazy to properly do their job. Again, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A BALANCE!! Only to be told no!!! Jason repeatedly told me he wasn’t working on 7/11 - are you really a qualified manager if your staff is ruining customer relationships in your absence?
