I had a great experience as usual. I make an appointment, drop the car off, have a family member pick me up, go out to breakfast, and then get dropped off back at Meineke. I don’t have to wait to long once I get back.

Being a 45 year business owner I gave an opportunity to call or email me before posting this rating. This Meineke was terrible. Late service even with an appointment which I got past. Then using the restroom was worse than my horse barn cleanliness wise, and could not have been cleaned in months as was the sitting area. I had a bad instinct so when a simple oil and filter change was completed, I checked at home and could see the oil was drained and filled, but the filter was not changed , and I was charged for it. I had looked at my Motorcraft Filter before hiring them and it was the same filter, and they do not use OEM filters so I knew it was forgotten. I emailed and called corporate 6 times to visit and never once returned my contacts. They eventually credited my card with no return contact. I called the local manager who took my truck in...he offered to have me come back however with my day wasted I had no intention of returning there. My truck is too valuable to me to give more time for a simple oil and filter change. Again, I gave corporate many chances to address my concern but not one returned call or email. Incompetent and failed on all levels. Took my 2014 Nissan Rogue on for CVT transmission issues a year after being replaced by Meineke’s service partner. They had my car for two weeks and claim they couldn’t replicate the concern. Between Meineke and the car dealership (about five miles) not only did I replicate the issue, but the car was shaking and kept trying to downshift. Never again will I go to this shop.

I felt like another number. Wasnt thanked after purchasing a package. They guy who brought around my car, was halfway to the bay before he said, your all set and kept walking. Disappointing.

This was my first time using them and it will be my last. The online system I booked my spot on put me on the wrong day in their system, guy told me I should have called and not booked online? What? I live in 2025 and book everything online? He “kindly” got me in. Waited well over an hour and when checking out he charged me wrong and I had to show him the coupon again and walk him through how it went from $60 to $93.00 He didn’t care about saving me money which is why I went there to begin with. The coupon was for an oil change and a tire rotation which he didn’t do. Said I didn’t need it when I haven’t had them rotated the last two oil changes?? Once I paid and went to leave no one gave me my keys. My truck was out front done but no keys, no employees to be found. I had to go back inside and ask for them once I called the store to get someone to come to the front. Will I go back after this being my first experience with them? No. I’ll go to the stay in your car place and wait my turn and pay about the same but have a better experience.

Meineke had an opportunity to gain a customer but didn't. I had explained that I am partial to Meineke's since my brother owned one in Boise. I was only there to have a tired patched from a slow leak I got from a screw I had recently ran over. They charged me approximately twice what other stores do and even tried to upsell to a new set of tires blaming the leak on poor installation of the current set, which was installed by a Meineke store OWNED by my brother. I will not be going back and told my brother of the service I received.

Made an appointment thru a 3rd party from work. Called to confirm appointment was told not in system. Called 3rd party to schedule somewhere else and they talked me into keeping appointment. Went to appointment and still not in system but advisor remembered talking to 3rd party about me. I was only there for oil change it took over an hour and a half. Didn’t look too busy but what do I know. Advisor had poor communication skills. Didn’t tell me apparently I had to approve work on text they sent before they could do the work. 1st and last time I go there.

I've never seen a auto shop try and rip someone off as bad as this one. They charged $35 per quart of transmission oil x4 plus 160 for .7 hrs =293 cuz if some other trash fees. For the transmission oil change. I was clear I wanted a partial transmission oil change for my CVT. I look at after they charged me $300 for the change and all they did was a drain and fill which was not what I wanted at all. A partial takes out the pan, cleans the pan, takes out the filter to then replace the filter, and gasket to the pan. I called them up and they gave some trash answer that CVTs are a closed system and that you need to take apart the transmission in irder to replace which is conpletely false. I should have just done this myself I did not think I'd be lied to this badly. Don't go here, they use anything they can to charge as much as they can to do the worst job they can do.

I have been going there for years .The last 2 visits not too happy with the attemp to talk me out of certain services. The same happened this time ,also I was asked about replacing a small oil plug ,as it was waring out .I was told it was only 20.00 bucks ,if I wanted it done ,they could real quick go pickit up , if so ok it's only 20.00 ,why not . I LEFT , 2 small services I asked for were not done...ignored ,when I asked I was told ", they just wanted to get the fluid change done " ?? Got home and noticed a 30.00 plus CHARGE fee ...unexplained ,or authorized by me ??? I'd like this reconciled , a 30.00 plus charge for a 20.00 part .

Terrible experience! In their attempt at repairing my Lexus, they caused extensive damages to the dashboard and interior trim. The leather dashboard was scratched and scuffed up in several places. The plastic trim pieces were pried off causing them to be damaged by the pry marks. The part of the dashboard in front of the driver has a big gap and no longer sits level. They only fixed one of the two problems reported. Communication was terrible during the 5 day repair time. I was not willing to return the vehicle to them to repair the damages they caused because clearly they do not know what they are doing. I would not recommend this repair shop for any complicated repairs or high end vehicles.

I booked a 9:30AM appointment and arrived at 9:15AM to checked in for that appointment. I was told at that time it would take about an hour and a half to have my oil changed. My car did not get taken into the bay to start that service until approximately 10:40AM. The service was completed at around 11:15AM. My question is why offer a 9:30AM appointment when you don’t even start the service until 10:40AM?

Brought my car in for shaking/stalling while stopped at a light, the same day I got my complete digital inspection report complete with pictures and description’s of my core problem that I brought it in for and everything else that should be addressed. I clicked approve on the work to fix what I wanted fixed and declined everything else so they can get started on the repair. They were done the next day! Great service efficient repair and pricing is fair and standard.

quoted me 400$ for sparkplugs (the plugs are $8) when i went to get my oil changed, they were so focused on diagnosing or finding something wrong with my car they forgot to fill my fluids. they also expected me to get new tires through them so they forgot to fill my tires with air. very disappointed in their work. (edit) Upon further investigation they did not tighten my oil filter and oil has been leaking from the filter since. (the ONLY reason i went was a oil change and they couldnt do that ) now my car has 50% oil once again. slightly higher than it was at before my “oil change” im not only extremely frustrated but very concerned for the other hundreds of cars mineke looks at on the daily

Very friendly, love the service views of my vehicle and inspection process. I only wish that my coupon for a free tire rotation with oil change would have been honored, now I have to take it elsewhere or wait to have it done, another 5K miles that I’d rather not wait for. The low tire pressure notification would have been a clue to honor it and go above and beyond and get that taken care of. Easy fix that I had to do myself, across the street to fill my tire up which clued me in the rotation didn’t happen, called and confirmed it wasn’t done. Made me hesitant that the fluids were checked as well. For an oil change, great price. Just make sure to request a tire rotation that comes free with the coupon.

Went for a Carvana first service and was highly impressed. Took care of all issues and then some (which required new tires). The service advisor, Johnny was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. 10/10 would recommend this location for standard services and Carvana interactions.

Try avoiding this location! If you have a warranty on your vehicle just go to the dealership. I took my car in because of transmission issues. They fixed all the past recommended services but didn't fix the transmission problem. They did a whole diagnostic check on my car and failed to say anything about the bad transmission. I'm disappointed in the service and the communication. The funny thing is the transmission repair would have been more profitable.
