Hate to be the first one star but feel it’s warranted. Took my VW to them based off two referrals from other shops. In an effort to save my time and yours, the short story is: 1. LAW diagnosed the problem with my vehicle but after their work, my vehicle had the same issue. They will respond that I could have brought it back but that would have meant more money in their pockets to “fix” more things. 2. LAW called me during the service of the vehicle to let me know one of the fuel injectors went out. I was in disbelief (a very rare part to be replaced) but they assured me it was true and necessary to fix asap. Tried to get me to replace them all but I had NO budget for a cost like that on a used car. Thinking about their good reviews I trusted them to do the work but I’m suspicious of that choice now. 3. Had some more money to spend on the car so I took it to another mechanic. They not only found the issue and fixed it overnight, they let me know that the previous inspection done should have caught the running problems right away. AND they also let me know that a part LAW replaced had a badly stripped bolt and caused further oil leaks. How did you all miss this? The car runs great now and the new mechanic presented issues you all never mentioned. I spent a good chunk of money for you all to give me the car basically in the same condition. The last fishy thing was that the mechanics at LAW never looked at me or talked to me. Front desk employee did all the smooth talking and even that was very vague. Conversation was rushed and not very thorough. Maybe LAW enjoys business with some folks more than others. Not too sure what to make of it but I’m happy I found a trustable service elsewhere.

I have had a 2010 CC 2.0T for over a year and I have spent up to $8,000 in parts and Labor to get it to be a daily driver and to pass Emissions. A local VW dealer had it last for a month and could not properly diognise or fix a erratic charging problem and a few other OBD2 codes with a Check Engine Light. I was sent to Jason and his fine team by another CC owner. Jason opend the hood and in ten minutes identied 4 problems with simple fixes. Before end of day he texted me and sent a Video showing me the cause and the fix to my charging problem that the dealer could not do in a month.at their Avndale facility. In a few more days Jason and his team got car to finially pass Emissions .

Not sure about their quality of work, but do not use them if you have a warranty. The woman up at the front, screwed up, then lied and tried to say my warranty “doesn’t” cover the parts, when we found out that wasn’t true. She screwed up, then tried to say it would cost us over $2K to fix.. ummm no.. taking my business elsewhere!

After purchasing a used Golf for my son I realized it needed a little work and found London Auto Werks while doing a search for reputable VW shops. Even though there was no rush to repair everything they fixed everything right away and even found a few little things that I didn't bother mentioning. They communicated every repair and explained what the issue was and how much it would be. They are the exact type of shop people should go to when they need their car worked on and I'm sure to be back for any other repairs that may come up.

Jason is very knowledgeable, fair, and helpful. My check engine light came on after I arrived in PHX, 6hrs from home. Jason squeezed me in on a Friday morning when no one else would. He explained the problem in simple terms and applied a fix that enabled me to drive home. He even offered his services by phone if something happened on the road. If I lived in PHX I would have let him repair the turbo correctly. I highly recommend London Auto Werks for your auto repair needs.

The owner, Jason London, is genuinely one of the best human beings I've ever met. I had an internal fuel pump issue in my 2012 CC that was misdiagnosed by another auto shop. They ended up charging me for an alternator replacement that I didn't need and Jason went out of his way to help me get a full refund from the other shop and put my old alternator back in free of charge. After that, Jason and his guys correctly diagnosed my issue and fixed it for a fantastic price. Lastly, I was looking to sell my CC and Jason went out of his way to set me up with buyers for it. I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his shop. Give him your business and he will not disappoint!

This is a great, knowledgeable and honest company. I have taken my Volkswagen Passat here for oil changes and other work. My sister recommended them when I had gotten a recommended service from another company that just didn’t make sense- the issues I had didn’t make sense to what they said was wrong. Just had this TyrolSport Deadset Subframe Kit as well as steal shift forks and a wavetrac LSD reinstalled in my GTI by Londan Auto Werks. Jason and his team are second to none, he kept me in the loop the full process with updates when new parts would show up. The car shifts like complete butter now and just puts the power down so much better with this Deadset Kit.
