I don't normally write reviews, but Blake did such a great job I had to pass this along. I was on a cross country trip in our motorhome when I noticed a different exhaust note. I wasn't too worried about it but decided to stop in at Precision Mufflers just to be safe. Boy am I glad I did! On an atypical rainy cold day in Phoenix, Blake came out of his shop, crawled under the motorhome and discovered my catalytic converter was hanging on by a thin piece of metal, the rest had rusted away. He dropped everything, worked me in and welded everything up. Great work and great service. I highly recommend!

Like others have said, Blake and Nicole from Precision are absolutely phenomenal! Our exhaust system on our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with a 5.7L Hemi V8 took about a month to complete from start to finish. Blake wanted to make sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it and in the end it turned out even better that I could have ever imagined. I am very picky when it comes to who touches my vehicles and no one will ever do exhaust work for me but Blake again. Nicole, who runs the front office is equally amazing when it comes to her attitude and customer service! After working with them for as long as we have it feels like they're now family. Thank you so much Blake and Nicole for an outstanding job and making this customer happier than I can explain.

Update to their reply: Look at the other pics. lol. Mine aren't needed. Noticed she (I assume his wife) didnt reply to using a grinder. lol. He did. I bet he does on yours too. -- I selected average because of welds. Quality is more of a DIY not a professional. It's why he grinds them after. The old saying goes, "he is a grinder, not a welder". Prices are fair though.

After being burned in the past by nationwide chain repair shops, I'm glad I found Blake at Precision Muffler. He was able to quickly diagnose my catalytic converter as being plugged on my daily driver and was able to get me back up and running in a couple hours. Should probably remove catalytic converters from the name. They won’t install anything except for magnaflow. Refused to weld in the more cost effective cats I wanted to provide. In a dying industry turning away work seems wild.

I can't tell you how lucky I was to discover this shop. While visiting my daughter from California a welder and gasket failed on my trucks exhaust. Only here one more day and hoped for a long shot of getting it fixed before I left. Had me come back in the afternoon and he worked through his lunch to help me out.
