I had been interested in getting a motorcycle. I saw some options online I thought I might like. I called and talked to Arleigh who was very helpful and encouraged me to come in even without having experience or knowledge. My wife, baby, and I went in to see options and find out more information. Damon and Dylan were the ones to help me look at bikes. They were very informative and walked me through each option. They were able to help me decide on the best beginner friendly bike for me that I'll keep forever. When I decided to buy the bike, the process was very simple and easy. The experience we had at RideNow Surprise was top tier. The whole process was seamless and stress free. My husband scheduled an appointment with Arleigh who was very nice and helpful. It was my husbands first time going to look at motorcycles and we were skeptical about how it was going to go. But from the moment we walked in Damon and Dylan were the best. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They showed us all the different options and helped my husband pick the best choice for him. They answered every question with ease. We even took time and left to think about it, with no pressure from anyone. We returned a few hours later and the paperwork portion of the sale was super easy with no hassle. The only good thing about this place is they are quick with the paperwork cause they don't explain the need to know stuff like how there are more fees then buying a $65,000 truck then dealing with the pushy people trying to explain why the extended warranty is such a great thing (don't get it) .......I wasnt going to write a review cause I wasn't happy but they kept asking me to so here we are

Emilio, James, Conner, we’re all great even the guy over at the parts was good. I don’t know his name. They took very good care of me. I still haven’t received the vehicle yet because they want to prep it and make sure everything is right on it so that’s a good thing. That’s a real good thing. Hopefully they’ll look out for me there too. Their mechanics make sure everything‘s right and everything‘s good so that I’ve got a great vehicle to have fun with but they are a good bunch of people very friendly very helpful. Good people I recommend them. I’d recommend them to anybody and I had to drive 31 miles to get there. I do it again.
