My alternator died Saturday night north of Phoenix while on road trip. After a tow, no shops open Sunday. This man answered his phone Sunday morning and made his day off available for a challenging job. This was a tricky removal and installation but he did it in less than 2 hours, no hitches. I proceeded on my trip not regretting any time wasted as I would have at an impersonal chain the following day --- the conversation was friendly, knowledge-able, and my Dad and I were made very welcome during the repair. Great guy, great skills!
