Omg this team at discount, tire literally saved my life.I had a seizure fell down.They took care of everything they even took care of my brand new corvette.I'm pretty sure the manager's name is jeremy?But the whole staff was helpful.I've never had someone or business care for me.So much as discount higher?I'm not saying if you don't feel good.Go to discount tire.But if you don't feel good, let them know.And they'll help you like they helped me. They scratched my wheels….not the one that’s on my car but the new one I brought to the store to have them install it. They didn’t install it for free and I’m kicking myself for not checking the condition of the new wheels before handing the vehicle over. Unfortunately I don’t have any proof to blame the store but I literally bought the wheel off facebook market from a person that took it off his brand new car after 1000 miles and wheels were in mint condition with no scratches or rashes. After picking the wheels up. I immediately drove to discount tires as they had offer to install the. For free. If you’re gonna bring new wheels or even tires service make sure you take pictures and videos of the condition of you wheels and maybe even your car to avoid this.

I arrived at the Store after it opened at 8:00 a.m. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes. I received excellent service. They did not try to "up sale" anything which I appreciated. I bought 4 tires. I was told it would take less than an hour. I took approximately 45 minutes. I highly recommend Discount Tire in general and this store in Surprise, AZ, in particular.

I bought tires online & scheduled my appointment For 12:00pm. I showed up about 40mins early on a Tuesday. I walked in & was met by Jose right away. We went out to look at my current tires, unsure why when I bought new tires for a reason -but whatever. Ensured the tires were there before I waited forever. Online tracking tool had estimated time of completion at 12:04, however my truck sat in the parking till at least 10mins past that. Then it was completely by about 12:30 & back in my possession by 12:33-12:38. Tracking needs to be updated for the estimator.

Absolutely a nightmare. I spent an hour and a half driving to this location because they were the only one with the EV tires I needed on a Tesla model 3. Spend $1200, then I watched the technicians drive the car onto a flat lift, was worried because of how EV's with large battery packs underneath the car chassis have to be lifted. SURE ENOUGH they begin to lift the car without the "Tesla Pucks" (which I provided in the car and they have on site) Lifting the car by the FREAKING BATTERY AND SIDE TRIM. I go in to tell the manager, and speak to "Zachary", who at first seems concerned and says "that's weird" and walks out into the bay. When he comes back he tells me that the car is fine and that the car does not need the pucks on a hydraulic lift. I informed him of Tesla's manual and he said that's wrong. And he was very condescending. Once they finish the car, they have ME back it off the lift. And close the garage behind me. And store was now closed. NO PAPERWORK WHATSOEVER, NO RECEIPT, NOTHING. And I pull over to check the PSI in my new tires and they were 39,41,42,43. They can't do any part of the job right. Administrative ≠ NO paperwork Customer service ≠ condescending sales Workmanship ≠ incorrect lift/PSI all wrong I will be scheduling a service appointment with Tesla to do a damage inspection. Unbelievable. For years my family used discount. They will never touch a car I own again.

Today I had a flat tire and when I drove in discovered would need four new tires, told Jeremy had a very important medical appointment and ask to just put on one tire and I would return after appointment to finish installation. Jeremy reported could have four tires on as fast as one and as always didn’t disappoint. Will always use Discount and recommend them.

First of all, Peyton is the man Super kind And reassuring. I had a super weird problem where my tires weren't balanced at a different discount tire. I know things happen but it put a total wrench in my day. Coming from somebody who works in customer service and understands that things happen. Let me tell you that the guys here fixed the issue. Super super super fast. Got me in and out within a half an hour and just did an A+ job. Whoever needs to read this to give this guy a raise along with his team. At the very least, take these kind people out for a fancy little steak dinner!

Ordered n paid for tires friday morning. Was told they wud b here that afternoon, so i didnt schedule for appt til next morning. Worked all nite n came in. Was excited to get new tires i paid for. Was in line outside at 755...some older guy just walks in ahead of everyone. Waited til everyone was seen. I was told my tires were not in til this afternoon. I dont hav time for this, i gave them a break n a chance to get tires by promised time yesterday n scheduled a day later. Werked hard all nite and this is very disappointing!! So mayb i shudnt hav paid for tires n service until it was ther...shud jus get refund n suffer with my crappy tires!!!

Discount Tire has always been great to us, and has gotten us out of more than one pinch throughout the years. They are never pushy and are honest when a tire is repairable versus needing a new one. This last time, Dillon assisted over the phone and assured me they could get me taken care of even 30 minutes before closing and without an appointment. Once I got there, Dawson (or was it Taylor?) continued the great service that Dillon started with. Though I had to spend a bit more than I’d hoped, they really got us out of an emergency by getting us in and out quickly with new tires before our weekend trip.

The manager, I believe his name was Kenny, called me to inform me the tires I wanted weren’t all four in stock, so he upgraded my tires for the same price so I didn’t have to come back another time. And my tech, Davin was thoughtful and efficient. I asked him to make sure we didn’t lose our valve stem covers and he came through. All in all, I would highly recommend this discount tire.
