I had front end damage on my 2001 Tacoma. They replaced the condenser, radiator, and front core support. Made some apron adjustments and delivered it ready for the grill and bumper install. Great service and quality of repair. Phil was fantastic at communicating and keeping me in the loop. Truck was delivered earlier than promised.

Everyone at this place was super friendly. My rep Tony was super helpful throughout the process he kept in contact with my vehicles repairs with update link sent to my phone. Gave me a time frame and I didn’t have to call for updates because they would update date me with everyone process. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any auto body repairs! My car looks amazing and they did an amazing job!

This was not our first time using Sunn West City Auto Body. We had someone hit us & the first thing we asked their insurance was " can we use Sunn West City Auto Body" yes! The minute you walk in the door your greeted right away Great Customer Service. The Adjuster we worked with was Good walked us through the Car & everything. The Staff made sure we got a ride to get a rental car as well. Communication was first rate during the time they had our vehicle got us in in a timely manner but we dealt mainly with the staff after drop off of the car seemed the Adjuster was busy or not in, but Communication was always amazing. Day of pick up The Staff went through the paperwork & walked the car with us. The finished product was great & we even received a Water Bottle with their Logo on it but wait it was in the Color of our Car Beautifully done surprise & added Bonus anyone who worked on our vehicle even the dogs signed a note for us. I called several places to no avail to fix my door panel two said my 2003 suv was too old for them to work on and the third the price was too much ..I thank Wendy for letting me on a whim change my appointment times twice instead of the appointment i booked for Thursday, i called back she said i could come now for a estimate to get my suv driver side front panel repaired as it just fell off the day before .I came and after a 10 min wait as they were busy, Phil went outside with me to see what I was talking about and looked at my door ,we had a conversation about what could be done, parts ,I went back inside next thing I know is Paul brings Chris out to look and within 20 minutes my panel was back on ..oh my God!!! was I HAPPY!! Cause i knew the duct tape in this heat would not hold and that panel would be in my lap again & Thank God done at a BLESSED!!! for me PRICE ..I knew from the GOOD VIBES from everyone when I came in all was going to go well .I appreciate Paul and Chris 😇 angel's ..I found a home for any body work i need done & will refer my friends to go there and why I'm telling you !!you won't be sorry!!..THANK YOU GALS & GUYS SO MUCH!!!I APPRECIATE YOU!!!

The entire staff was friendly efficient and professional. Phil went over the work and progress. He called me several times explaining the progress and supplying time frames. He took me out on the lot and showed me the results up to date. Courtesy and caring came from the entire staff. I had the BEST experience with SUNN WEST CITY'S AUTOSHOP! They did an amazing job on my car – it looks brand new. Not only did they repair it perfectly, but they also went the extra mile by cleaning and washing it before returning it to me, which I really appreciated. Adam Torres made this experience much nicer and easier…from contacting me to introduce himself, tell me he was assigned to my car, gave me update…so pleasant and professional. I’ve had cars in for bodywork, as has most everyone, and Adam was over and above any I have dealt with before. Usually just contacted when car is ready… and/or have to contact the auto body shop to get updates. He not only gave me updates, but completed the car over a week ahead of schedule! Thank you !!

This review is quite late, but still worth posting! Juan took the time to walk me through the parts pricing for replacing the driver-side mirror on my Honda Fit. He was clear, patient, and never made me feel rushed. The entire experience was smooth. Marsha took great care of me when I brought the car in and explained everything about their process. The team completed the repair quickly and even salvaged some parts I had saved, which brought the final cost in lower than the original estimate! They did an excellent job locating parts that were not available. They found an aftermarket replacement for the under carriage of my car. After they finished the repair, they detailed my car including the rims and polished all the trim. Adam Torres was our automotive specialist and went beyond our expectations.
