We had a front end accident destroying our bumper on our 2020 3500 Ram Truck. Chaney!s was highly recommended and what a blessing we picked them. They did a beautiful job. Our baby is all pretty again. Special thanks to Cristine in the office who walked me thru the process, Eliot the repair shop coordinators who keep me info of the progress and the owner Alfonso. Customer service and satisfaction is their number one goal.

I usually don't leave reviews but I felt obligated after the fantastic job Elliot and the team at Chaney's did on my 2014 Mustang GT. Elliot would consistently keep me updated on the progress and the car looks FANTASTIC. It looks better now than it did before the accident. If you're looking for a place to repair your vehicle this is the one. I can not express my gratitude enough. Thank you Elliot and the team at Chaney's for the great customer support, expertise, and attention to detail to getting this beast back on the street!!! Edit in response to the owner: That man needs a raise!!! Lol. I couldn't figure out why the car looked so good. I just found out today they repainted the ENTIRE car instead of just the hood. Add another 5 star rating!! All the rock chips and minor defects in the paint are gone. I hope I can keep it this way. Thank you guys so much again. This was my father's car I inherited after he passed. I know he would love it too.

I was rear-ended back in February. The original body shop my insurance contacted kept rescheduling me to bring my car multiple times. I contacted my insurance to see if they had another body shop I could take my car to for repairs. They contacted me with Chaney's and from the first point of contact to the last, I had amazing service. They were able to get me in relatively quick to evaluate the damage and create an estimate. I was expecting it to be at least a week or two before hearing back till parts would be in and it was only a couple of days. Stephanie, from Chaney's, called me throughout the time of them having my car and provided me with updates. When I went to pick up my car, two weeks later, I was not expecting the exterior of my car to be detailed. I am very pleased with Chaney's service and body work.

This place shouldn’t be in business. Not only are they rude, but these people are incompetent. If you actually want a remotely half decent job done on a vehicle you that you care about take your car anywhere else but this place. They not only did a poor cosmetic job on the exterior that which they gave back with repainted parts with paint flaking off and other areas with touch up paint, but for the repair that was done on the frame of the vehicle they ground off the frame protective factory coating exposing huge areas of bare metal to rust out, and another bracket they welded onto the frame was already rusting out upon picking up the vehicle. And they left me with a car that no longer drives in a straight line. They will probably respond back to this review with cover-up responses blaming others or that they offered to look at the car again, but use your own judgement. They don’t have your interests at heart and will give you back a pile of crap.

Worst experience in a body shop don’t take your vehicle here if you’re particular and like things done the right way. Brought here for insurance work and while it was in there I paid for the hood to be re-painted so it would match the new bumper. Well after the first pick up they just touched up the rock chips, and even then they missed a few, chipped paint down to the metal. I paid $900 for the hood very steep but they come highly recommended, if you’re oblivious or blind. They took it back and were very courteous, picked it up again and a few weeks later I’m going to wash my car and I find that they just covered it up again and didn’t repaint it, found giant chunk of paint missing that was touched up and giant clear coat drip, and sloppy overspray from the touch up job. Also was told that the bumper is getting replaced and it isn’t it was repaired. Boarder line thinking that I should get my lawyer involved. You be shady with older people but when you have a person that used to be in the car inspection industry it’s not going to slide.

I was googling for collision repairs near me, and found this company. I called to ask about setting up an appointment for an estimate, and asked if they work with the other person's insurance as I was hoping for a smooth claims process. They were really busy and said they'd call me back. When Christina called back, she said if I want to shop around, they won't even look at my car. No one referred me to them, and they chose to not make me feel comfortable to even discuss the repairs and expect me to select them as the company who would do the work. I am certainly not willing to set up an appointment for an estimate that guarantees them the work. That is no way to earn someone's business.

This place is sketchy. I've been here 3 times and every time it's been unpleasant. First two times it took back like 2-3 months to get my car back. This last time I took my wife's car in for a minor dent that it got from being hit. It went in driving perfectly fine. When I got it back it wouldn't run and now supposedly the transmission is out at 70,000 miles... Weird coincidence that it went out at such low miles right after taking it to the shop to get fixed. I tried getting the managers phone number (Alfonso) from my rep (Eric), but they only gave me his email. I emailed him last week and still haven't gotten a single response from him. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Somehow, the trim around my front grille broke off. A very expensive fix, so I went through insurance and they recommended Chaney's. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, including the front desk receptionist and Eric, my contact person. They fixed it within 2 days, and helped me arrange a rental car pick up/dropoff and made it super easy. And my repair looks great! The costs seemed comparable to what I expected.

SCAM I chose this shop because Progressive Insurance listed them as an insurance “preferred” repair shop, and that turned out to be a mistake. From the start, the experience felt coordinated against the vehicle owner rather than in my best interest. The shop initially gave me an extremely high estimate and told me the insurance company “probably wouldn’t cover it.” That was strange, considering they didn’t even know the details of my policy. Shortly after, the insurance company called and said they wouldn’t cover the repair. I informed them that I had already spoken with my attorney and would proceed by suing the at-fault driver instead. Suddenly, everything changed. Progressive said they needed to “call me back,” and about an hour later I was told the repairs would be fully covered. I found out later once the insurance company agreed to pay, the shop lowered the estimate by 40%. This shop advertises repairs to factory specifications, but that was not my experience. Factory specs do not mean filling panels with body filler. I know for a fact that bondo was used, because an employee (Keli) explicitly told me it was. That alone contradicts their advertising. After the repair, I still have issues with how the door closes and how it unlocks, which indicates the repair was not done correctly. As for the so-called lifetime warranty they advertise — good luck. Calls are not returned. Keli did not return my phone calls while my car was in the shop, and still does not return my calls now. Overall, this felt like a shop that works for the insurance company, not the vehicle owner, and once the check cleared, accountability disappeared. I would not recommend this place if you care about factory-correct repairs or post-repair support.

I cannot say enough great thing about this place. I worked with Kelly and she is phenomenal. She kept me updated with every step of the process from letting me know they checked in my car, how long the wait was gonna be to get my car back and everything that needed to be fixed. And to top it all off. My car was done 2 days earlier than anticipated which made me happy yet again! So thank you again Kelly for making this process and situation so easy and stress free. If I ever need car work done again this is my first stop and my forever go to place!

Chaneys Collision in Surprise did a very good job repairing my vehicle after an accident. It was so hard to go there and see the beat up mess my vehicle was in and now it looks like brand new! I cannot tell it was ever in an accident. It is beautiful and very clean and detailed inside and out. Joe was great to work with and he did everything that he said he would do including call me weekly with updates and got the repairs done quicker than I expected. The people in the office are very nice also. I definitely would recommend this business.
