Poor communication, unreasonable length of time for repairs. Trucks been in his shop for over a month on a quoted 1 week repair. Do not take your vehicle here. If you do, don't expect your issue to be resolved in a professional time frame.

I have to say they work hard to get your vehicle back to you. Yes takes a long time sometimes but like someone else commented 3rd time was the charm . I would recommend him for vehicle repairs . Nice guy so is his wife

100% DO NOT RECCOMEND. Would give zero stars of i could. Car has been there for almost 9 months. There has been little to no communication and when confronted about the issues at hand he told us he basically has too much work and cant keep up with it and doesn't have time to contact any of his customers. May have been a good shop at some point but now completely lacks professionalism and customer care. Instead of just telling us he could not do the work i have been without a car since January and have been given excuse after excuse. There is much more I could tell you to advise against using this shop but I don't have the time.

If you are looking for a mechanic who isn't going to sell you something you don't need look no further. They are absolutely amazing and honest. I went in thinking I needed transmission work done and found out it was just a bad tire and engine performance issues. Keith was honest, upfront, and informative. I'll be going back to see him first from now on before even debating another shop.

I have to say Keith and his team are the very best when you need any type of work done on your vehicle, I had some transmission problem with my truck and Keith did not hesitate on giving the best service and repair on my transmission and gave me a very reasonable price for completely rebuilding my transmission. With everything going that we are dealing with COVID-19 they completed this work in a very timely manner and very professionally. Keith was very honest and direct in helping me with my transmission swap. I bought one from jegs online. He help make sure I didn't lose my warranty by buying the torque converter from him. He fixed it in less than a week and its running great. Also very good and fair pricing.

Dropped my vehicle off in January and had to eventually contact the state consumer affairs department to get my car repaired 8 months later. 0 communication from the owner and nothing but excuses when we reached out for updates. My car is now starting to have other issues from sitting for the length of time it did and naturally I can't go back on the business to correct the issues. Its unfortunate how downhill this business has gone, I had several good dealings with them over the years.

I didn't want to leave a review until enough time had passed. They rebuilt a transmission for me 3 years ago for a reasonable price and did a great job. It did take a couple return visits to fix some minor things, but they made it right! I would definitely use them again on my 2003 Toyota Rav4.

I found AAA Transmission after visiting another transmission place that just gave me a bad feeling. I'm so glad I did. They got me taken care of and out the door the same day. My truck never shifted so smoothly as it did when they were done with it. Very personable, very friendly, very honest and completely up front with you about the work that needs done and the price. I ended up taking my truck back to Keith to have it checked, and they found it was leaking antifreeze. They took their time looking for the leak and found my water pump was going bad. Again, up front with me about everything and got me taken care of the same day. It's been a long time since I've had mechanics of their caliber. Forget those big guys that are only after your money. Go to Keith and his family-owned business for the best care possible.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would!!! Do not take your car here for a transmission they are unprofessional!!! Never answer calls nor return messages!!! I came here spoke to Tabithia or whatever his secretary name is she was disrespectful hung up the phone on me! 2 yrs ago I got my transmission fixed by this business and now it is acting up, she treated me as if I was trying to get him to fix my transmission for free when that was not the case I just wanted him to look at my car and tell me what was wrong. Please don’t waste your time and go to this unprofessional business they are awful

RUN FARE AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 🚩🚩🚩 This company recently did some work on my car and everything went fine but I recently referred my brother to them for an oil leak that was priced for $1400 . My brother was supposed to pick his car up last week but had money issues and explained to the manager that he needed one extra week to have payment. The manager told him no problem but ended up calling him telling him that my brother needs to come get his truck or he will try and sell the title . We have been trying to get him on the phone for almost a week and finally got a call to Come get his car. Not only did they not fix the problem THEY STOLE OUT HIS CAR! And when we asked them about the items that were missing we were told “maybe someone broke into the car” …. Like really and we received no phone call or police report on the car being “broken into” , why were the doors not locked ?? I will NEVER GET WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM NOT RECOMMEND, update my brother received a call at 12 last night saying from the owner that his car was broke into

Absolutely Amazing job by Keith and his team. I had a Q50 Red sport and the transmission went out and Dealership was trying to charge me an outrageous price since it wasn’t under warranty. 15,000! I could go buy another car for that. Absolutely ridiculous, but it makes sense considering it was the dealership and they always try to absolutely destroy you in pricing, especially if you’re not under warranty. Keith did the job for less then half of that price and did it in a very timely and professional manner. I will most definitely recommend any friends of mine that have car issues to them. Very professionally done. I’m grateful to them.

What started out as a reasonable exchange of service providing last year has turned into a nightmare. Keith may know transmissions but his quality of work has diminished to dangerous levels. I should have know better when he delivered it asking for payment before it was even completely put back together. The expensive Husky cargo liner missing - of course who knows how long it was unlocked while he had the vehicle over 3 months. Taking it back in for a leak on his most recent repair resulted in the vehicle being jacked out outside a couple of times, put up on the lift a couple of times and then given back to me in worse condition than when it went in.
