They’ve been renovating for a year and they were finally open when I had my appointment. It was a night and day difference and a total upgrade. The amenities and spaced they offered for seating were great. I came in for a 60k maintenance and usually these appointments take about 1.5 hours but this time it took over 3. I had to drive out of town that day for work and ended up being late. I wish I would’ve told me a more realistic time frame even though they knew they were short staffed so I could adjust but instead just had to wait for a long time. A few weeks after I attempted to call and try to get my service report emailed to me since I lost the paper copy. Left 3 messages and never received a call back until this day. All I needed was some info emailed to me and I couldn’t even get that. At the end of the day the staff are always friendly and nice and I do believe clients will enjoy the new facility. Just be mindful that it could be longer than what is quoted.

Having your car serviced here is a mistake. We drive 45 minutes to make sure we’re bringing it to the dealership for oil changes, etc. Only because I believed the dealership would be more reliable and trusted that they would do a better job on my car. The last nightmare of an oil change is the last time I’ll be there. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to have them check my horn that doesn’t work. The appointment was six weeks out. That’s fine, I’ll wait because I wanted to get my horn checked. I get there and they tell me that I have to leave my car there for a week. Huh? I made an appointment to have it checked? I should’ve just taken my car then but I left it for an oil change which they said would take an hour. Three hours later when I come back, the car still isn’t ready. I say I’m going to just take it but they assure me it will only be another 15 minutes, 45 minutes later I have my car. By the time I drive home I realize the oil change never happened. My car is still saying that it needs to be serviced. The miles are showing that I’m overdue for an oil change. And none of the fluids were filled. I had almost no windshield wiper fluid. That tells me that the oil change never happened. I’ve called numerous times left messages and get nowhere. I would just like this to be made right, but they refuse to take care of their customers.

Shaun Miller was very helpful and great to work with in the purchase of my Kia K5. He was very up front, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job demonstrating the vehicle’s safety and driving features. I especially liked the way he showed Highway Driving Assist on the test drive. It’s a cruise control mode that keeps the car centered in the lane for you, a step up from Lane Keep Assist. I honestly would probably have never touched that button if he hadn’t shown it to me. Massive game changer for long distance driving and I recently used it on a 26 hour road trip to New Mexico from South Carolina. Saved my neck from getting sore. Shaun is the first salesman I’ve ever had who actually took time to fully demonstrate a car like this so I was very satisfied with the test drive.
